The 10 Behaviors That Must be Possessed by People Who Truly Obey God

Behaviors that Must Be Possessed by People Who Truly Obey God

Some people ask: “Just what behaviors do people who truly obey God possess?” We must be clear that a person who truly obeys God must possess 10 behaviors. The first behavior is fearing God and shunning evil. Fearing God is not a simple thing. It is inherently possessed by man. All people who truly love the truth, justice and positive things and pursue knowledge of God are all born with some fear of God. It’s just that some people cannot feel it while others feel it obviously. For instance, when some people do evil, they feel fear and that they will face retribution for offending God. All those who have such obvious feelings have fear of God in their heart. In particular, when they enter into their life experience and enjoy the work of the Holy Spirit, they will moreover have some obvious feelings, but when they do things that resist God, there will be no peace in the depths of their heart and they will always be trembling with fear in their heart. Additionally, they will always feel that they have offended God, that God will get angry with them, and fear that disaster will befall them. If one who fears God understands some truths, they will know what is good, what is evil, what good deeds they can commit, what evil deeds they cannot commit, what people should forsake, what they should reject, and what they should follow. All these things will be very apparent and clear in their heart. All people who have fear of God will basically be able to hate evil and darkness. All people who have fear of God don’t want to offend God and do things that resist God. Even if they do some things that resist God because they don’t understand the truth, they will deeply repent and regret their actions and conduct once they understand the truth. This is normal. Therefore, the first behavior that one who truly obeys God must possess is fearing God and shunning evil. The second behavior is loving God’s words and pursuing the truth. The more one reads God’s words, the more they will feel that God’s words are extremely practical and real. The more they read God’s words, the more they will feel that God’s words are the truth and that man’s words are not the truth, and that man’s words are not the truth no matter how well the words are said. Hence, even if a person does not understand or know the truth, they will feel that God’s words are the truth and precious. Such a person especially loves to eat and drink God’s words, and will often yearn to eat and drink God’s words because they love God’s words. Some people will become exhilarated and excited whenever there is a new light in your fellowship about God’s words. What does this mean? It means they love God’s words, and the more real and clear the fellowship about God’s words is talked to them, the more longing they have in their heart, as though their hunger has been satisfied, they are excited, especially happy, and especially joyful. Such people love God’s words in their heart. The third behavior is being able to accept all the judgment, chastisement, pruning and dealing of God’s words. No matter how God’s words expose man’s corrupt essence or judge and condemn man’s evil nature, they will feel God’s words are surely appropriate, truthful, and not excessive, and accepting God’s words is right. Such people will simply believe what is exposed by God’s words is absolutely correct. Regardless of whether they themselves acknowledge this or not, they believe that they surely can’t go wrong if they try to know themselves, practice, and accept it in accordance with God’s words. This is determined by their faith and also their instinct. Accordingly, when they read God’s words, they have no notions or resistance, and are willing to accept and obey whatever God says. This is the third behavior that a person who truly obeys God must possess. The fourth behavior is being able to accept God’s observation on all things, self-reflect on one’s own actions and conduct, and continue to gain knowledge on the reality of their own corruption and the essence of their nature. People who genuinely love the truth want to practice accurately and satisfy God in all they do in order to meet God’s requirements. Hence, they are not afraid to accept God’s observation on all things, dare to swear to God, and no matter what trials they encounter, they will first come before God to pray: “Oh God, I wish to satisfy You in this trial. I will definitely not betray You. No matter how much suffering my flesh endures or how much financial loss I incur, my wish is to satisfy You.” Therefore, they are not afraid of accepting God’s observation. All those who can accept God’s observation are people with aspirations. Only such people are truly obedient to God. People who are not willing to practice the truth have no desire to satisfy God. Their actions and conduct are always determined by fleshly interests and gains and losses of the flesh. In other words, all of their behavior is built on the foundations of protecting their fleshly interests. Such a person is not truly obedient to God. If you investigate a person and want to determine whether they are obedient to God, first look at whether they dare to accept God’s observation and swear an oath to God. If, regardless of what happens to them, they don’t dare to swear an oath and say in prayer, “Oh God, I am willing to accept Your observation”, then they are certainly not someone who obeys God. The fifth behavior is loathing the great red dragon and hating all evil forces and the dark world so they can wholeheartedly believe in God, follow God, and fulfill their duty. Fulfilling one’s duty represents their aspirations. To put it plainly, all those who fulfill their duty follow and believe in God with a true heart. A person who does not desire to truly believe in and follow God won’t want to fulfill their duty, that’s for sure. Of course, some people don’t fulfill their duty because they are new believers who don’t yet understand the truth, have statures that are too small, or are constrained by certain family situations. However, such people will be able to fulfill their duty once they understand the truth. Some people who don’t understand the truth are also willing to fulfill their duty and pay a price. What does this mean? It means they have aspirations and truly believe in God. The more one truly believes in God, the less personal contaminations and transactions of personal interest there are in the fulfillment of their duty. If the fulfillment of one’s duty is adulterated by personal interests and they always want to profit from it, engage in transactions, or receive something in exchange, then that person does not truly believe in God and is contaminated by hidden motives. Thus, if one is able to fulfill their duty willingly and gladly, doesn’t care about the price, and leaves everything behind, this proves that they are a person who truly believes in God. A person who truly believes in God despises the great red dragon and hates all evil forces and this dark world. In their heart, they feel: “Only God is the truth, the way, and the life. I should do my utmost to follow and bear witness to God.” If a person says they can also obey God and want to practice the truth, but they don’t hate the great red dragon, this dark world and any evil force, then will they be able to truly obey God? If a person does not have true hate for the great red dragon, this proves that they cannot tell the difference between black and white or distinguish good and evil. It proves they don’t love the truth. Can people who love the truth not despise evil? It is impossible for them to not despise evil. Can you not despise negative things if you love positive things? Can you not hate Satan if you love God in your heart? The great red dragon is the sworn enemy of God, so what does it mean if one does not hate the great red dragon? It means they like the great red dragon and still have certain elements inside them that like and approve of the great red dragon. Can you truly love God if you have things that like and approve of the great red dragon in your heart? Can you love the truth? Good and evil cannot be reconciled. Black and white cannot be inverted. Hence, if anyone in God’s house does not loathe the great red dragon, it means they don’t hate the devil and don’t despise evil forces and this dark world. Their love of, belief in, and obedience toward God are all fake. Explaining it like this should be understandable. Therefore, when cultivating leaders and workers of any level in God’s house, first look at whether they see through the great red dragon, evil forces, and this dark world. If they don’t hate the great red dragon and forces of evil in their heart, they are certainly not a person who has the truth, their heart won’t be genuinely kind, and they won’t like justice. Hence, one who truly obeys God must possess the fifth behavior—hating the great red dragon, and being absolutely irreconcilable and engaged in a deadly feud with the great red dragon. Such a person surely loathes evil as their enemy. Tell me, is a person who loves the world and pursues worldly trends someone who loves the light? Can such a person truly obey God? They can’t obey even if they want to. For instance, if God says, “I hate Satan,” will they be able to forsake Satan? If God says, “The great red dragon is My sworn enemy, curse it,” will they be able to curse it? They cannot, so they cannot satisfy God, listen to God, or obey God. In God’s house, the more I fellowship the essence of the nature of the great red dragon and the reality of its evil, the more some people say that it is participating in politics. Tell me, does such a person hate the great red dragon? No, they are someone who worships Satan. A person in God’s house who does not hate the great red dragon is certainly not a good person. Remember these words in your heart. If you discover someone who is quite good but doesn’t hate the great red dragon, you will see in the end just what they are and whether or not they are a good person. This person surely does not have a sense of justice, can’t distinguish right from wrong or black from white, and does not possess the truth. That’s for certain. The sixth behavior is being able to obey all that comes from God’s words and the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit. It is being certain that Christ is the truth, the way, and the life. Such a person obeys everything that comes from God’s words. They obey and accept all that is said by God and all truths in God’s words. They obey and never go against all enlightenment that comes from the Holy Spirit. Only such a person truly obeys God. Furthermore, they are certain that Christ is the truth, the way, and the life. Apart from Christ, they don’t love any other and don’t follow other figures. No matter what signs and wonders are performed by the work of Satan or evil spirits and no matter what status is offered to them, they won’t accept any of it, and can reject all that comes from Satan and thoroughly forsake Satan. If one cannot obey all that comes from God’s words and the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, then they do not actually obey God, their obedience is fake, and they do not possess the truth. The seventh behavior is having faith in God that becomes more and more real and love for God that becomes more and more authentic. It is deeply sensing that practicing the truth is the most precious and loving God is the most joyous thing in life. The more one obeys God, the more genuine and real their faith in God becomes, and the more authentic and unadulterated their love for God becomes. Doing something because of one’s love for God is absolutely clear and true. When others see it, they know this person has love and reality, and is someone who truly obeys God, has true faith in God, and whose love in God is especially genuine. The eighth behavior is not being negative, not having complaints, and being able to stand witness to satisfy God no matter what disasters or trials are encountered. People who obey God are not afraid of encountering disasters or trials. They believe the more they encounter disasters and trials which other people see as a bad thing but they don’t, the more it is time to bear witness to and satisfy God, and the more it is time people are revealed. Fire is the test of gold. They don’t care if they lose everything as long as they have God. They don’t care if they don’t have anything as long as they have the truth. Only the truth is most precious. Therefore, people who truly obey God are not afraid of encountering disasters and trials. The ninth behavior of people who truly obey God is that they can stand on the side of God, deal with everything in accordance with God’s words, treat God’s entrustment as their own responsibility, treat obeying God’s will as their bounden duty, and are willing to devote their whole life to expending their efforts for God. People who truly obey God have such aspirations. They don’t ask for anything in life except fulfilling God’s entrustment. Accomplishing their mission and doing God’s will is their greatest joy in life. People who truly obey God are completely devoted to God. They don’t live for themselves, for the flesh or for any person, not for their children or for their parents. They live only to do God’s will and bear witness to God. The tenth behavior is being able to worship God upon seeing God’s love, discovering God’s good intentions, or understanding mysteries of the truth. There is more and more worshiping of God in their prayers. They worship God more and more often. Whenever they discover God’s love or good intentions, whenever they gain true knowledge of God, or understand profound mysteries of the truth, or enjoy the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, they will immediately worship God and give thanks and praise to God. Hence, they worship God often and their worship is pure and real. The more obedient one is, the more genuine their worship is. One who does not have true obedience does not practice worship, only prayer. Such people always pray to God for this or that, and always pray to God for satisfaction and enjoyment, but they don’t worship God. People who truly obey God worship God. They don’t pray for anything for their flesh. They only worship God and enjoy His grace, His love and His work. They gain happiness and satisfaction from knowing God. Therefore, those who truly obey God have started to enter the right track of worshiping God. People who truly obey God worship God. That’s a fact. Those who don’t truly obey God only pray to God and request things from God. Their prayers don’t contain worship or true thanks and praise. In the Bible, we’ve seen Abraham worship God and Noah worship God. All the saints throughout history had moments when they worshiped God. So do our prayers contain worship? If a person does not have any worship in their prayers and only asks for things for God, then isn’t this person very selfish? Is this person considerate toward God’s intentions? Is this a person who understands God’s intentions? Accordingly, a person who does not worship God does not have any real happiness in their heart. Their stature is too small and they don’t know God.

These 10 behaviors that must be possessed by people who truly obey God are all objective and practical, and absolutely accurate. One who possesses these 10 behaviors is a person who truly obeys God and also worships God. What can one use to measure themselves if they don’t know if they are a person who obeys God? They can use these 10 behaviors to measure themselves. If one possesses all of these 10 behaviors to different extents, then it can be said that they have some actual obedience toward God. If one doesn’t even have any of these 10 behaviors, then it can be said for certain that they are not a person who obeys God. The 10 behaviors that must be possessed by people who obey God conform with reality. I listed out these 10 behaviors today to explain what true obedience to God is, so that brothers and sisters can all be clear on just what is being a person who truly obeys God. Additionally, this is very beneficial to one’s own pursuit of becoming a person who obeys God. It is a mirror. If you don’t know if you are a person who obeys God, use these 10 behaviors to measure yourself. After measuring yourself, you will be clear on what your stature is, the current extent of your experience, and the degree to which you practice the truth.
