372 It’s God Who Has Saved Me

It’s God who has saved me. It’s God who has saved me.

It’s God who has saved me. It’s God who has saved me.

Incarnated to be a man, through so many winds and rains,

humble and hidden among man; no one has ever known Him.

God saves me by judgment and purifies me by chastisement.

Having suffered all kinds of refinements, I fall in love with God from my heart.

Who has enjoyed all God’s love? Who is worthy to inherit such a great grace?

If it were not for God’s salvation, I would end up being destroyed!

God’s word has awakened me, His work has transformed me.

He’s given me a real life; how could I not be grateful to Him from my heart!

I really don’t know how I should love God.

Though I have much disobedience and unrighteousness to be purged away,

I’ve seen how lovable God is, and I won’t leave Him however great the trials.

In the past I only cared for myself and never loved God,

causing Him to grieve, suffer, and shed so many tears.

I hate my corrupt disposition even more. How should I comfort God’s heart?

Without God there would be no me. Without God there would be no me.

Without God’s salvation, I would not be here today.

It’s God who has saved me. It’s God who has saved me.

Without God’s salvation, I would not be here today. I’ll praise God forever!
