Only Selecting Leaders Who Pursue the Truth and Have a Sense of Justice Is in Line With God’s Will

Some leaders and workers in the church already see now that it is necessary to select and use people with a sense of justice, who pursue the truth, and have work abilities to be church leaders. Only then can God’s chosen people be led into the reality of the truth. This is a key breakthrough. Only those who select and use people in this way are suited to be used by God. All those God perfects are people who pursue the truth and have a sense of justice. Only when those with a sense of justice understand the truth and achieve knowledge of God can they become someone who carries out God’s will and be truly suited to be used by God. One who has a sense of justice is surely a person who loves the truth. Only those who love the truth are genuinely good people. Therefore, only those with a sense of justice are genuinely good people. If one does not have a sense of justice, even if they are a good person they are still an unprincipled good person. Unprincipled good people may do some good deeds, but this is very far off from people with a sense of justice practicing the truth. An unprincipled good person is a good person in the world, but they have no use in God’s house. God’s house does not use unprincipled good people. All those who understand the truth can see clearly that only people who have a sense of justice and can practice the truth are the true good people. There is no doubt about this. If those who truly have a sense of justice understand the truth and achieve knowledge of God, then they will be able to practice righteousness and become a righteous person. This is why we are certain that all those God perfects are people who love the truth and have a sense of justice. This is definite. Only those who genuinely love the truth are people with a sense of justice. If one does not have a sense of justice, they will not be able to practice the truth even if they understand it. Understanding the truth is not an easy thing. To be able to practice the truth and live out the reality of the truth is an even more difficult thing. There are some who select unprincipled good people to do church work. This is very foolish. Unprincipled good people don’t have much use. First of all, they cannot safeguard the work of God’s house, and secondly, they cannot bring people into the reality of the truth. This is because unprincipled good people don’t love the truth themselves and moreover don’t have reality. Hence, selecting unprincipled good people to be leaders and workers of the church is very foolish. Just what is having a sense of justice? It is loving justice and hating evil because of the love for the truth in one’s heart. It is being able to call out for justice when one discovers unjust and unfair things, and expressing extreme resentment and loathing toward sinful and dark things. It is looking forward to the rule of Christ and the arrival of a righteous age. Those with a sense of justice want to make friends with good people and despise crooked and deceitful people. In dark and evil times, they can pursue the truth and yearn for the light, looking forward to being saved by God and breaking free from the binding and control of Satan’s corruption. If they don’t walk on the right path of life, they will feel regret and suffering. If a person with a sense of justice reveals corruption, they will genuinely feel remorse, loathe themselves, and be able to truly repent. If they see someone disturbing or disrupting God’s work but do nothing about it, they will feel they owe God and that they have betrayed God. Only those with a sense of justice have conscience and reason, and are people with true humanity. A sense of justice is something one is born with. Only those born with conscience and reason are true human beings. Those without a sense of justice cannot learn to have a sense of justice even if they wanted to. Those with a sense of justice have righteousness in their heart. It is natural-born and cannot be acquired after birth. Only the things done by those with righteousness are genuine and can move people. Righteousness comes from the heart. Only those whose hearts are just have righteousness. Things that come from the heart–whether good or wicked, just or evil–can all be said to come from one’s own spirit. Crooked and deceitful people will stop at nothing to protect themselves and achieve their own aims. They certainly don’t have a sense of justice, and even if they do some positive things, they are unnatural and cannot move people. Selfish and base people seek only self-interest. They are capable of committing all kinds of evil to satisfy themselves, and they surely don’t have a sense of justice. Even if they do some positive things, they do so reluctantly and are not sincere. If a person is not right, even if they do positive things, others won’t feel comfortable seeing them do so. Some arrogant and conceited people might not necessarily have no sense of justice. If an arrogant and conceited person has a sense of justice and can pursue the truth, they can also be perfected. However, as crooked and deceitful people don’t have a sense of justice, it is not easy for them to be perfected. This is because not having a sense of justice is too big of a shortcoming that cannot be made up for. Not having a sense of justice is akin to not having humanity, and such a person is unworthy of being called a human being.

How God’s house determines what people it selects and uses is based completely on what kind of people God perfects. It is not easy for crooked and deceitful people or selfish and base people to be perfected because they are not the right people. Crooked and deceitful or selfish and base people won’t genuinely love the truth, and moreover won’t practice the truth. If the person is not right, the path they walk also cannot possibly be right. That’s a certainty. If you observe this carefully, you will all slowly realize it. You can take a look at what path to believing in God those crooked and deceitful people take and the way they seek faith in God. You will be completely clear once you dissect a few more typical cases of crooked and deceitful or selfish and base people. If a person with a sense of justice and a crooked and deceitful person do the same job, which one will God be more at ease with? Which one can genuinely practice the truth and receive the work of the Holy Spirit? Which one will be perfunctory and deceive God, and engage in destruction and oppose God at the key moment? Although these questions are all easy to answer, thoroughly distinguishing these two types of people is not easy. If you can be clear about these questions, you will know why God likes honest people. Tell me, is it easier for a person with a sense of justice or a crooked and deceitful person to become an honest person? Is it easier for an honest person or a crooked and deceitful person to obey God? Does an honest person or a crooked and deceitful person often act perfunctorily and deceive God? All of these questions involve a person’s substance. Those who serve God must be able to see through this. If one can see through these questions, they will be able to discern people and naturally know which people to select as leaders to be in line with God’s will. If one cannot see through a person’s substance, then their selection of people also won’t be accurate. If a leader is not a good judge of character, cannot discern who is an honest person and who is a crooked and deceitful person, and cannot tell whether one has a sense of justice, then they won’t be able to perform the work of a leader. How will they be able to do actual work if they can’t tell who will be perfected and who will be eliminated? How will they know which people to cultivate and use? How will they know which people to lead into the truth? If they cultivate and use people with the nature of wolves but put aside people with the nature of sheep, then isn’t that seriously destroying the work of God’s house? Leaders must be clearheaded and sharp-eyed. They are clearheaded because they understand all aspects of the truth, so they are not confused. They are sharp-eyed because they understand the truth in their heart, so they can see through all kinds of people and the essence of problems. When such people speak, they can hit the crucial points and resolve problems. Therefore, God’s house requires the selection and use of people who genuinely pursue the truth. Only if a person has a sense of justice will they be able to genuinely love and accept the truth. That is why they can be perfected. I have seen many people who all appear on the outside to be pursuing the truth, but they don’t change even after believing in God for many years, making people incredulous. I later discovered that they are actually all people who cannot accept the truth and don’t love the truth at their core. So don’t be deceived by their false outward appearance. The key to seeing whether a person pursues the truth is inspecting whether they can accept the truth. You must know the kind of behaviors that stem from pursuing the truth, what kind of state one is in when they can accept the truth. Only by inspecting in this way can you know what pursuing the truth is, so you won’t go so far as only treating those who appear to have enthusiasm and focus on preaching on the outside as people who pursue the truth.

If a person genuinely has a sense of justice, and also pursues the truth and possesses work ability, they will be suitable to be used by God and carry out God’s will. In the Age of Law and the Age of Grace, the people promoted and used by God all had a sense of justice, pursued the truth, and possessed work ability. God did not use one unprincipled good person. God has never used a good-for-nothing person. Every person that God uses, regardless of who they are, possesses these three attributes. Therefore, these three attributes are the basis upon which God’s house selects and uses people. All three of these attributes are very important; not a single one can be dispensed with! The first is having a sense of justice, which means that the person is correct and upright. This is the minimum requirement. Pursuing the truth is actually the second attribute, because only people who pursue the truth can be perfected and be suited to be used by God. One who does not possess the truth cannot perform work entrusted by God because they cannot understand God’s intentions and requirements. That’s what makes possessing the truth even more important. Thirdly, possessing work ability is also an indispensable attribute. If a person does not have work ability, they will not be able to produce work results, do a good job, or fulfill God’s entrustment. That is why possessing work ability is also indispensable. One must possess all three of these attributes to conform with God’s requirements and be able to properly complete the work God has entrusted to them. God’s house must select and use people completely in accordance with these three attributes and measure people against these attributes. They are all indispensable. First of all, they must have a sense of justice. This is a requirement of the quality of their humanity. A person absolutely won’t do if they do not have a sense of justice. Some ask: Does being able to do good deeds count as having a sense of justice? Actually, being able to do good deeds and having a sense of justice are two completely different things. For instance, Qin Hui of the Song dynasty did many good deeds, but he did not have a sense of justice. Qin Hui had knowledge and also work ability, but he was only suited to being used by the devil. God especially requires that the people He uses have a sense of justice and understand and accept the truth, so the church should select and use those who love and pursue the truth when cultivating people in order to be in line with God’s will. As human beings have been too deeply corrupted by Satan, there are too few people who can love the truth and have a sense of justice. This type of person is rare among human beings and are regarded as crystals and gems. Secondly, while there are relatively more people who pursue the truth, those who gain the truth are usually still the ones with a sense of justice. Even before they gain the truth, people with a sense of justice can do things humans perceive as correct and righteous, so if they gain the truth, it will be easy for them to practice the truth. Therefore, as people with a sense of justice love the truth, it is also easy for them to accept and practice the truth. People without a sense of justice won’t be able to feel that practicing the truth is true righteousness because they have no interest in righteousness. Thus, when they come into contact with the truth, they start to shake their heads and show no interest. Accordingly, a lot of people say: “I understand all truths, but I just can’t practice any of them.” This is the attitude people without a sense of justice have toward the truth. Therefore, those who cannot accept the judgment of God’s words, cannot accept the pruning and dealing of God’s house, and have no interest after listening to fellowship full of insight and light, are all people who have no love for the truth. Trying to get them to accept the truth is extremely difficult.

The corruption of humans has reached a certain extent, and they are all sick and tired of the truth, despise the truth, and advocate evil. Accepting the truth becomes the most difficult thing for them, and even those with a sense of justice won’t necessarily be able to easily accept the truth. Without the work of the Holy Spirit, the judgment and chastisement of God, and the pruning and dealing of God’s house, not one human being would be able to be perfected. Hence, even if we select and use people with a sense of justice who can pursue the truth, it cannot 100% guarantee that all of them can be perfected by God—it’s just that there will be more cases of success. But if we select and use unprincipled good people who are crooked, deceitful and hypocritical, then the rate of success will be too low! More importantly, doing so would delay the crucial matter of carrying out God’s will! If people who serve God still hold on to their own viewpoints and select and use many crooked, deceitful and hypocritical unprincipled good people, would that not be seriously disrupting God’s work? Would that not make them scum who serve God yet resist God? In fact, the most serious resistance of God when serving God is selecting and using people one personally likes but God hates to do work of serving God. This is substituting the fake for the genuine, the devil’s cheap trick of stealthily swapping one for the other. When selecting leaders and workers, whoever dares to serve as a tool of Satan by substituting the fake for the genuine or stealthily swapping one for the other is an antichrist guilty of the most heinous crime, and precisely a slave and accomplice of Satan. Accordingly, whoever carries out Satan’s cunning schemes in the selection and use of people for the church is God’s most hated enemy and is destined to be punished and cursed. Such people certainly won’t have a good ending.

One must guarantee that they do three things so that they can fulfill their duty and serve God in line with His will. First, completely comply with God’s requirements in selecting and using people, promote and use people with a sense of justice who pursue the truth and possess work ability, and strive to ensure 100% accuracy, not permitting the use of one wrong person as a result of emotions or being swayed by personal considerations. Secondly, do a good job of supplying and supporting leaders and workers of all levels in entering the reality of the truth. Thirdly, be sure to use the truth to resolve all problems of work mistakes and corruptions of leaders and workers in a timely manner. If they can fulfill these three requirements, then they are completely suitable to be used by God. This is what God’s house requires of leaders at all levels. Whether one knows how to select and use people is extremely crucial. This determines whether one is qualified to be a leader. A leader who cannot select or use people in conformity with God’s wishes must be replaced. Only those who can select and use people more accurately and appropriately can continue to be leaders. All those who don’t know how to select and use people are blind. It is like pulling a cart with a blind horse. Anyone who selects and uses people based on emotions, preferences, personal considerations or tradeoffs surely don’t practice the truth and are certainly nothing good. If such people gain status, they will definitely be devious obstructers and devils in power. Therefore, this pass must be guarded well for the sake of carrying out God’s will. Not one wrong or unjust person must be allowed to have a position in God’s house. There are records of who in God’s house selected which people and who is responsible for the work of which area. When the time comes, everyone must take responsibility for their own actions.

All officials in the world have status totally because of their academic agrees, ploys, and even doing evil, or because of financial transactions. This is because the world is too dark, too evil. Leaders and workers in God’s house make it because of their righteous character, genuine pursuit of the truth, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the approval and support of God’s chosen people. Only God’s house has the truth and righteousness. God’s house is ruled entirely by Christ and God’s words. God uses honest people. God saves honest people and perfects honest people. Anyone who has a sense of justice and also pursues the truth and possesses work ability can be promoted and used. No matter how many people are used by God’s house, all leaders and workers must act in accordance with God’s words and His requirements. Anyone who violates the truth, works based on their own intentions or disturbs God’s work must be dismissed and punished. This is because everything in God’s house is dictated and determined by God’s righteous disposition. To ensure that God’s house uses people accurately, all leaders and workers of God’s house must take responsibility and practice mutual supervision. If any leader is discovered to have selected or used people without conformity to principles, using an incorrect or the wrong person, everyone should report it in a timely manner and not be restrained by any person. In such situations, God’s house of course has to investigate and verify. There is no problem of listening to only one side of the story here. As most leaders have not achieved understanding of the truth to the extent that God can feel rest assured, they should all obey the supervision and investigation of God’s house and must never establish their own independent districts and seal off information. Anyone who flies their own colors and tries to establish their own independent kingdom is committing a major sin and ought to be cursed. People who serve God should allow Christ and His word to rule, be absolutely obedient to God. Only such people have conscience and reason. If a person starts to act like a dictator once they’ve been made a senior leader, then that is an antichrist ruling, a devil revealing its true colors. Corrupted human beings cannot rule as kings. If a corrupted human being becomes king, that’s Satan ruling, a demon revealing its true colors. When a person who truly knows God becomes a leader and accepts God’s entrustment, they will become a servant of the people, and become a servant of the truth. Only that is the likeness of a true human being that a perfected person should live out. It’s the maxim that people who serve God ought to firmly remember. The most fundamental thing when one serves God is being sure that only Christ is the truth, the way, the life, and to be firmly certain that they will forever be a servant of Christ and the truth. Only those who can absolutely obey Christ’s authority can follow God to the very end.
