Sermons and Fellowship About God’s Word “How to Know the God on Earth” (IV)

How to Know the God on Earth

You all wish to be rewarded before God and favored by God; everyone hopes for such things when they start believing in God, for everyone is preoccupied with the pursuit of higher things, and no one wants to fall behind others. This is just how people are. Precisely for this reason, many among you are constantly trying to curry favor with the God in heaven, yet in truth, your loyalty and candor toward God are far less than your loyalty and candor to yourselves. Why do I say this? Because I do not acknowledge your loyalty to God at all and, furthermore, because I deny the existence of the God that is in your hearts. Which is to say, the God that you worship, the vague God that you admire, does not exist at all. The reason I can say this so definitively is that you are too far from the true God. The reason for your loyalty is the idol within your hearts; as for Me, meanwhile, the God whom you look upon as neither great nor small, you merely acknowledge with words. When I say you are far from God, I mean that you are distant from the true God, while the vague God seems near at hand. When I say, “not great,” it is in reference to how the God that you believe in this day appears to merely be a person without great abilities, a person who is not very lofty. And when I say “not small,” this means that, although this person cannot summon the wind and command the rain, He is nonetheless able to call upon the Spirit of God to do work that shakes the heavens and earth, leaving people completely confounded. Outwardly, you all appear highly obedient to this Christ on earth, yet in substance, you do not have faith in Him, nor do you love Him. Which is to say, the one you truly believe in is that vague God of your own feelings, and the one you truly love is the God you yearn for night and day, yet have never seen in person. Toward this Christ, your faith is but fractional, and your love nothing. Faith means belief and trust; love means adoration and admiration in one’s heart, never parting. Yet your faith in and love of the Christ of today fall far short of this. When it comes to faith, how do you have faith in Him? When it comes to love, in what way do you love Him? You have simply no understanding of His disposition, still less do you know His substance, so how do you have faith in Him? Where is the reality of your faith in Him? How do you love Him? Where is the reality of your love for Him?

Many have followed Me without hesitation to this day. So, too, have you suffered much fatigue over the past several years. The innate character and habits of each of you I have grasped with crystal clarity; interacting with every one of you has been tremendously arduous. The pity is that, though I have grasped much about you, you understand nothing of Me. No wonder people say you fell for someone’s trick during a moment of confusion. Indeed, you understand nothing of My disposition, much less can you fathom what is in My mind. Today, your misunderstandings about Me are snowballing, and your faith in Me remains a confused faith. Instead of saying that you have faith in Me, it would be more apt to say that you are all trying to curry favor with Me and toady up to Me. Your motives are very simple: I will follow whoever can reward me, and I will believe in whoever allows me to escape the great disasters, whether he be God or any certain God. None of this is of any concern to me. There are many such people among you, and this state is very serious. If, one day, there were a test of how many among you had faith in Christ because of insight into His substance, then I am afraid that not a single one of you would be satisfactory to Me. So it would not hurt for each of you to consider this question: The God you believe in is vastly different from Me, and this being so, what then is the essence of your faith in God? The more you believe in your so-called God, the further you stray from Me. What, then, is the essence of this issue? It’s certain that none of you has ever considered such a question, but has the gravity of it occurred to you? Have you given thought to the consequences of continuing to believe in this way?

Today, you face many issues, and not one of you is adept at problem-solving. Should this situation continue, the only ones who stand to lose are yourselves. I will help you to identify the issues, but solving them is up to you.

I take pleasure in those who are not suspicious of others, and I like those who readily accept the truth; toward these two kinds of people I show great care, for in My eyes they are honest people. If you are deceitful, then you will be guarded and suspicious toward all people and matters, and thus your faith in Me will be built upon a foundation of suspicion. I could never acknowledge such faith. Lacking true faith, you are even more devoid of true love. And if you are liable to doubt God and speculate about Him at will, then you are, without question, the most deceitful of all people. You speculate whether God can be like man: unpardonably sinful, of petty character, devoid of fairness and reason, lacking a sense of justice, given to vicious tactics, treacherous and cunning, pleased by evil and darkness, and so on. Is not the reason that people have such thoughts because they lack the slightest knowledge of God? Such faith is nothing short of sin! There are even some who believe that the ones who please Me are precisely those who flatter and bootlick, and that those lacking in such skills will be unwelcome in the house of God and will lose their place there. Is this the only knowledge you have acquired after all these years? Is this what you have gained? And your knowledge of Me does not stop at these misunderstandings; even worse is your blasphemy against God’s Spirit and vilification of Heaven. This is why I say that such faith as yours will only cause you to stray further from Me and be in greater opposition against Me. Throughout many years of work, you have seen many truths, but do you know what My ears have heard? How many among you are willing to accept the truth? You all believe you are willing to pay the price for the truth, but how many of you have truly suffered for the truth? There is nothing but unrighteousness in your hearts, which makes you think that everyone, no matter who they are, is equally deceitful and crooked—to the point that you even believe that God incarnate could, like a normal person, be without a kind heart or benevolent love. More than that, you believe that a noble character and a merciful, benevolent nature exist only within the God in heaven. You believe that such a saint does not exist, that only darkness and evil reign on earth, while God is something with which people entrust their longing for the good and beautiful, a legendary figure fabricated by them. In your minds, the God in heaven is very upstanding, righteous, and great, worthy of worship and admiration; this God on earth, meanwhile, is but a substitute, and an instrument, of the God in heaven. You believe this God could not be the equal of the God in heaven, much less be mentioned in the same breath as Him. When it comes to the greatness and honor of God, they belong to the glory of the God in heaven, but when it comes to the nature and the corruption of man, they are attributes in which the God on earth has a part. The God in heaven is eternally lofty, while the God on earth is forever insignificant, weak, and incompetent. The God in heaven is not given to emotion, only righteousness, while the God on earth only has selfish motives and is without any fairness or reason. The God in heaven has not the slightest crookedness and is forever faithful, while the God on earth always has a dishonest side. The God in heaven loves man dearly, while the God on earth shows man inadequate care, even neglecting him entirely. This erroneous knowledge has long been kept within your hearts and may also be perpetuated in the future. You regard all deeds of Christ from the standpoint of the unrighteous and evaluate all His work, as well as His identity and substance, from the perspective of the wicked. You have made a grave mistake and done that which has never been done by those coming before you. That is, you serve only the lofty God in heaven with a crown upon His head, and never attend to the God whom you regard as so insignificant that He is invisible to you. Is this not your sin? Is this not a classic example of your offense against the disposition of God? You worship the God in heaven. You adore lofty images and esteem those distinguished for their eloquence. You are gladly commanded by the God that fills your hands with riches, and crave the God who can fulfill your every desire. The only One you do not worship is this God who is not lofty; the only thing you hate is association with this God whom no man can regard highly. The only thing you are unwilling to do is to serve this God who has never given you a single penny, and the only One who is unable to make you yearn for Him is this unlovely God. This kind of God cannot enable you to broaden your horizons, to feel as if you have found a treasure, much less fulfill what you wish. Why, then, do you follow Him? Have you given thought to questions like this? What you do does not merely offend this Christ; more importantly, it offends the God in heaven. This is not, I think, the purpose of your faith in God!

You long for God to delight in you, yet you are far from God. What is the matter here? You accept only His words, but not His dealing or His pruning, much less are you able to accept His every arrangement, to have complete faith in Him. What, then, is the matter here? In the final analysis, your faith is an empty eggshell, one that could never produce a chick. For your faith has not brought you the truth or given you the life, but has instead given you an illusory sense of sustenance and hope. It is this sense of sustenance and hope that is your aim in believing in God, not the truth and the life. Thus do I say that the course of your faith in God has been none other than trying to curry the favor of God through servility and shamelessness, and can in no way be deemed true faith. How could a chick be born of faith such as this? In other words, what can faith such as this accomplish? The purpose of your faith in God is to use Him to achieve your own aims. Is this not further a fact of your offense against the disposition of God? You believe in the existence of the God in heaven and deny that of the God on earth, yet I do not recognize your views; I commend only those people who keep their feet on the ground and serve the God on earth, but never those who never acknowledge the Christ who is on earth. No matter how loyal such people are to the God in heaven, in the end they will not escape My hand that punishes the wicked. These people are the wicked; they are the evil ones who oppose God and have never gladly obeyed Christ. Of course, their number includes all those who do not know and, further, do not acknowledge Christ. Do you believe that you can act as you please toward Christ as long as you are loyal to the God in heaven? Wrong! Your ignorance of Christ is ignorance of the God in heaven. No matter how loyal you are to the God in heaven, it is merely empty talk and pretense, for the God on earth is not only instrumental in man receiving the truth and more profound knowledge, but more than that is instrumental in the condemnation of man and afterward in seizing the facts to punish the wicked. Have you understood the beneficial and harmful outcomes here? Have you experienced them? I wish for you one day soon to understand this truth: To know God, you must know not only the God in heaven but, even more importantly, the God on earth. Do not get your priorities confused or allow the secondary to supersede the principal. Only in this way can you truly build a good relationship with God, become closer to God, and bring your heart closer to Him. If you have been of the faith for many years and have long associated with Me, yet remain distant from Me, then I say it must be that you often offend the disposition of God, and your end will be very difficult to reckon. If the many years of association with Me have not only failed to change you into a person possessed of humanity and the truth, but, moreover, have ingrained your evil ways into your nature, and you not only have twice as much arrogance as before, but your misunderstandings of Me have also multiplied, such that you come to regard Me as your little sidekick, then I say that your affliction is no longer skin deep but has penetrated to your very bones. All that remains is for you to wait for your funeral arrangements to be made. You need not beseech Me then to be your God, for you have committed a sin deserving of death, an unforgivable sin. Even if I could have mercy on you, the God in heaven will insist on taking your life, for your offense against the disposition of God is no ordinary problem, but one of a very grave nature. When the time comes, do not blame Me for not telling you beforehand. It all comes back to this: When you associate with Christ—the God on earth—as an ordinary person, that is, when you believe that this God is nothing but a person, it is then that you shall perish. This is My only admonishment to you all.

Do you know what problems need to be resolved when man believes in God? Some people who are unsure may say, “Isn’t it for receiving salvation and entering the kingdom of heaven that man believes in God?” They are actually referring to the blessing one expects. However, what kinds of problems need to be resolved, what kinds of effects need to be achieved, before the dream of entering the kingdom of heaven can come true? Have you seen through these problems? Do you know why in the Age of Grace, most people who believed in Christ followed the path of Paul and ended up meeting their failure? What is the main reason? Do you know it? The main reason is that they believed in God for the blessing they coveted rather than according to God’s requirements. This led them to the wrong way of belief in God. We see what Paul said in the end about his belief in God, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: From now on there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness” (2Ti 4:7-8). Believing in the Lord was so simple as he saw it. He thought that after finishing the race, fighting the good fight, and keeping the faith, the crown of righteousness was laid up for him from then on. He thought that he would be rewarded and raptured into the kingdom of heaven when the Lord came. It was the extent of his understanding and knowledge of believing in the Lord. Was Paul’s knowledge of belief in the Lord consistent with God’s intention? It wasn’t. Why? Where did it go wrong? Can anyone say it clearly? We dissected and published the path Paul had taken and the mistakes he had made for people to learn as lessons. How many people are receptive? Not many. They are discontent at heart. Only those who love the truth would say at once, “It makes sense. It is well said. It is acceptable to me.” Later, with the communication of the truth and understanding of God’s word, Paul’s erroneous path became more and more visible to them. This is the result that can be achieved by those who accept the truth in their belief in God. Those who do not accept the truth just stubbornly hold on to their own notions. They adore Paul in their heart, “How dare you expose Paul? That’s outrageous! What you are doing is akin to removing the memorial tablets of our ancestors and stopping us from enshrining them. This is absolutely unacceptable. We won’t let you get away with it!” Are there such kinds of people? Yes. Those who do not accept the truth are like this. As for the one who accepts the truth, he would say, “Let me hear what you have to reveal. If it is consistent with the truth, I will accept it.” After listening to it, he ponders, “Yes, what they said is consistent with the truth. It is correct.” From then on, he will no longer revere Paul as his ancestor. A person who accepts the truth can achieve this result, is it correct? Some people don’t seek the truth after listening to the sermon. They feel, “What you said is right. But our conceptions and the ideas of the religious circle are right too. Don’t be too meticulous, both are correct. I can’t say it clearly.” Does it work like this? No. Why not? You may not care about being confused, but will you be able to get on the right track later on? Will you succeed in believing in God? No one can avoid this. It must be made clear. Why does it have to be made clear? It is for us to get on the right track of believing in God, to succeed in believing in God, to achieve the results of receiving salvation and perfection in believing in God. So we must see through Paul’s path, see where it went wrong, followed by clearly recognizing Peter’s successful path. Only in this way can we be saved and perfected, and able to reach a beautiful destination. Is it important to accept the truth here? Too important! If you cannot accept the truth, your belief is in vain. It’s useless! It is not the house of God that condemns you. It is God who eliminates you. God does not want you. Some antichrists and wicked people are expelled along with some evil spirits by the house of God. But for those who don’t pursue the truth yet commit no evil, are they expelled? No. Is there any guarantee that these people can enter the kingdom of heaven? No. Why not? If you don’t pursue the truth, your belief is pointless. Perhaps your belief is true and you have endured a lot of hardship, but you have neither pursued the truth nor attained knowledge of God on earth and compatibility with Christ. This is really problematic.

How do some people believe in Christ nowadays? When other people ask, “Why does one need to believe in Christ?” they answer like this, “For me, it is because Christ’s expression is indeed the truth. This is the first reason. Second, according to the truth expressed by Christ, I am certain that He is God incarnate. These are the two reasons that I believe in Christ.” Are they right in saying this? The antichrists also accept God incarnate, accept that everything expressed by Christ is the truth and the voice of God. Otherwise, how are they able to believe? But since they neither pursue nor accept the truth, aren’t they expelled just the same? That’s why I say, being able to believe in God doesn’t mean you are someone who pursues the truth. It doesn’t mean you can succeed in your belief. Someone says, “I am perfectly certain about Christ. There is not a shred of doubt that Christ is God incarnate. The words He expresses are one hundred percent the truth.” But is it useless all together if they don’t pursue the truth? It is useless. Other people ask, “When you believe in Christ, do you regard Him as God? Just tell the truth.” “Frankly speaking, no.” Then in what way do you obey Christ? What requirements of His do you obey? Which requirements of His have you accomplished? Have you forsaken everything for God? Are you loyal to God when you do your duty? Have you truly borne witness for God in what you did? Which one of these have you accomplished? If you haven’t accomplished any, and you haven’t practiced any part of the truth, have you been treating Christ as God at all? Do you really obey the words He says? Then your belief is false, isn’t it what it is all about?

Some people say, “Why do I always have notions when I believe in God?” What’s the matter? Why do people always have notions? Another problem, people always believe in Satan’s word and doubt Christ. What kind of problem is this? Are these two fatal problems? How can these two kinds of problems be resolved? We need to pursue the truth. To what extent in pursuing the truth can these two problems be resolved? Having real knowledge of the practical God is the most important point. This is the most important truth revealed in this piece of God’s word—“How to Know the God on Earth.” Who can say that the two problems above do not apply to him or exist in him? Is there anyone who dares to say that? You all say no. First, people constantly generate notions, such as: “Why does Christ speak so sternly? I am being referred to as Satan. It is hard to accept and obey.” What problem is this? It is not treating Christ as God. If people knew that Christ is God Himself, then they would not have any notions regardless of what God does. Since God is beyond our comprehension, there is a reason regardless of how sternly He speaks. No matter what He says, how He works, in any tone or vocabulary, the wisdom of Christ is behind it. Christ does whatever He pleases. Is man able to interfere? No matter what He does, He is still God incarnate. No matter what Christ does, is man qualified to condemn Him? If you dare to condemn Christ, is this resisting God? Whoever dares to condemn Christ is being resistant to God. What does it mean that man dares to condemn Christ? Man does not truly believe in God and he is the lackey of Satan who is here to interrupt and disturb the work of God. Satan dares to blatantly condemn God and blaspheme against God. That is determined by its nature and it will ultimately be punished and destroyed by God. This is the inevitable outcome. If someone who believes in God dares to wantonly generate notions about God and pass judgment on God, is this problem serious in nature? How serious is it? It is a direct offense to God’s disposition rather than the notions or imagination of man. This is a targeted condemnation by him, a direct offense to God’s disposition. When man has notions and imaginings about God, he always feels that something is wrong, and he can’t figure it out. That is the ideas of man because he does not understand God’s intention and has misunderstanding of God. That is not considered an offense of God’s disposition. Whoever directly condemns Christ offends God’s disposition. When one consciously utters condemning words pertaining to one thing, that is deliberately condemning Christ, it constitutes an offense of God’s disposition. Do you understand? Merely misunderstanding and being unable to figure it out or understand it is called notion. It is not considered an offense of God’s disposition. There is a difference between them.

What is an offense of God’s disposition? Someone says it is the act of consciously resisting and consciously judging. That’s correct, especially when someone listens to the negative propaganda, fallacy, and absurdity of the great red dragon and the religious circle, he accepts the whole thing—hook, line and sinker. After accepting the falsehood, he utters condemning words. What kind of problem is that? He is standing with Satan to resist God. A person who loves the truth does not accept Satan’s words. “Satan, I reject your fallacy and blasphemy against God. I say no forever to Satan. I don’t accept it.” This is right. This kind of man stands on the right side. He says no forever to Satan. At no time does he accept Satan’s suggestion. Someone says, “What Satan says is perhaps the fact.” Perhaps the fact? All Satan’s words are absurdity. Why are all Satan’s words absurd? For the same thing, it fabricates different interpretations, making it two kinds of arguments. For instance, the Chinese Communist Party said I [the man used by the Holy Spirit] embezzled money and fled to the United States. How can you explain that? Some say, “That’s right. He is in the US indeed.” Was that fleeing to the US? It was being led here by God. It was God who dispatched me from China to the US to do work under His command. If it weren’t for God’s guidance, could a person escape? I am one of the most wanted national fugitives by the Communist Party in the mainland China. How would I dare leave? At that time, I thought, “If I leave, won’t I be captured?” So, this was not my own impetus—I was dispatched by God. It was God who told me that I had to leave. When I heard it, I thought, “Oh, this is God’s word. Every time God’s work approaches a turning point, God always says something in advance that comes true later. God has spoken of going abroad and it was not a joke. It is His arrangement!” Thus, I began preparations and I was able to leave as soon as everything had been handled. It was all led by God. It was hopeless in people’s eyes. Now you say—was it that I fled to the US, or was it that God led me and arranged for me to come? (God led you.) The Chinese Communist Party said that I embezzled money and fled, but that was not embezzled money. Those were offerings God’s chosen people offered to God, which I am in charge of and empowered to maneuver and control. Is that embezzlement? Do you think it was like a corrupt official just wantonly fleeing with embezzled money? What do embezzlement and flight refer to? It’s fleeing with money taken from the country and the common people. That is called fleeing with embezzled money. Was that what I did? On the surface, it looks true. First, I came to the US. Second, I am in charge of a portion of the money. But when it comes out of the CCP’s mouth, it turns into something negative. Now that I’ve told you the real story, you know that all of this is positive. On the surface there appears to be a lot of things that coincide with the facts, but the CCP’s presentation of it distorts the truth; they turn right into wrong. Do you get it now?

After listening to the rumors and absurdities of the great red dragon, did you have discernment of them? Were you able to discern them? Can you listen to what I have to say? Look at how I tell you the truth, and how the great red dragon, the devil, spoke to you. It would just distort the facts. Any good thing becomes a bad thing with it. In the words of the great red dragon, what does it call the congregation of us chosen people of God? Disrupting social order. How does a congregation disrupt social order? But it just accuses us of disrupting social order. In its society, congregation is prohibited. If you fight, it is fine. Messing around is fine, committing crime is fine. Playing Mahjong, visiting whorehouse, and doing anything else are fine. Only congregation is banned. No matter how it is committed, unlawful acts are not criminal offenses. The normal thing that you do—congregating to worship God—is a criminal offense. What kinds of words are coming out of the mouth of the CCP? Isn’t it a distortion of facts? Isn’t it calling white black? Do you know how to discern its words then? Most people do. Some people cannot distinguish the CCP’s rumors. The CCP claims that The Church of Almighty God would gouge out the eyes, cut off the ears, and break the legs of those who are unwilling to join it or those who want to withdraw from it after joining. Is there an example of such an event? Is there a single case example? None at all in fact. If there were actually such a case, they would drag anyone involved in court. You saw the Zhaoyuan case. The event of the Zhaoyuan case was not true, but the great red dragon fabricated it as a fact. The ones who committed the homicide were evil spirits. They stated that they believed in Almighty God, but their church was not the one Zhao Weishan belongs to. You see, these were their own public statements, but the CCP insisted that they were the members of The Church of Almighty God. The Church of Almighty God does not accept that kind of people. They were all evil spirits. Why did the great red dragon staunchly assert that those several evil spirits, those neurotic people, were the believers in Almighty God? What kind of problem is this? Isn’t this a distortion of the fact? What the great red dragon said was sheer distortion of the fact. It seemed like a fact on the surface, but it did violence to the truth, turning black and white around. Do you understand it now? How should you listen to the words of the great red dragon? Is it all right without discernment? You see, there are some intelligent unbelievers who said, “Although the CCP does not report the facts, when it reports something, we know how to listen to it. We know what it is about. We can make a pretty good guess by listening to it.” The smart ones among the unbelievers all know how to listen to the news reported by the great red dragon. They won’t believe it. Only mindless people are poisoned and fooled. They have no discernment. Then how do you need to listen to the words of the great red dragon? First, listen with one eye open and the other closed. Opening one eye to see how it speaks, and closing the other eye to ponder, “What is it up to? Why is it saying this?” You need to ponder while listening. Second, don’t believe that what it says is all true. It’s bound to speak from a different angle with distortion of the facts as its craft. You need to be certain about this. Once you are certain, things will be easy to distinguish. Third, its words may be trumped up charges with no factual basis. They are the facts it fabricates, as the CCP has fabricated too many facts. It is particularly good at fabrication. For example, the CCP claimed that we gouged out people’s eyes and cut off their noses. Weren’t these barefaced lies fabricated by it? Actually, there is not even one such case. But it is capable of making up anything out of nothing. Making up most events out of nothing and distorting the facts in a few things, these are the usual tricks of the CCP. Compared with the words of the CCP, are the words of the religious pastors and elders more accurate and credible? No, they are birds of a feather, snakes of a pit. Why is that? The essence of the natures of those who hate the truth is the same. The CCP aims to perpetuate its power in politics while the religious pastors and leaders aim to perpetuate their power in the religious circle. Therefore, their satanic natures are the same. You see, did the Judaic leaders make up rumors against the Lord Jesus? When the Lord Jesus had veritably resurrected from death, instead they told the soldiers, “Don’t you ever say Jesus has resurrected from death. Just say that His body was stolen by someone.” Wasn’t that making rumor? In addition, when someone saw the resurrected Lord Jesus who appeared before people, the Judaic leaders then threatened them, “Do not speak out or we will kill you!” They wanted to gag people. So the natures of the religious leaders are essentially the same as that of the great red dragon. They are all devils! In their treatments of the incarnate God, they all are satanic demons. They all are God’s enemies. So they are able to fabricate all kinds of rumors and lies against the practical God incarnate in order to stop people from seeking and investigating the true way. Do you understand it now?

There are some people who wanted to wait for the second coming of the Lord, but they didn’t wait in watchfulness. After a while, they were trapped, bound and deceived by the words of the devil Satan as soon as it spoke. You see, they were not watchful. They were tricked, weren’t they? They were being taken captive. Some people were examining the true way very hard, “Ah, this is most likely the true way. I need to examine it really well. I will accept it if it turns out to be the true way.” Satan showed up and said, “Stop examining. You see, this is all negative propaganda. What are you studying it for? You fool!” He looked and fell for the trick. What was the problem? He didn’t seek the truth and ultimately fell for Satan’s trick. Among the believers of God, although there are those who are not deceived by the negative propaganda of the great red dragon as they can distinguish it somewhat, they don’t have the truth and knowledge of God. They harbor many notions on God’s work. If these notions are not resolved, do you know what result it will lead to? Once a person has notions, do you know what comes next? He doubts and misunderstands God. The consequences are passivity, feebleness and inability to stand firm. He is too lethargic to expend for God even though he wants to. He becomes a paralytic. Isn’t this the case? You ask someone, “Why don’t you expend for God?” He says, “I still have some unresolved notions.” You ask someone else, “Why don’t you do your duty?” He says, “I have some difficulties in my family.” “What difficulties?” “I am passive and weak. Is God really the true God? In case He isn’t, all I spend and cast aside will be for naught. It is not worth the loss! That’s why I need to see it for certain, see if He is the true God. When I see it for sure that He is beyond any doubt the true God, then I will cast aside everything to expend for Him and accept any hardship.” Are there people like that? Yes. In the matters of believing in God, such people appear to be particularly “mature,” particularly “experienced” and “cautious,” like a woman with bound feet pacing in small steps. One day God will change His form, just as the Lord Jesus had resurrected from death and appeared for forty days. When he sees that, he will say, “Wow, this is for real. Almighty God is the true God. I believe now!” He will begin to cast aside his work, but it will be too late, for God’s work has ended, and the great disasters have arrived. Isn’t this the situation?

Are people in the religious circle smarter than us? No. They insist upon waiting for the Lord Jesus to openly descend on a cloud. “Only that would be real beyond any doubt. You are so foolish to believe in a man!” They are the actual fools. They want to play it cleverly, but their cleverness ultimately failed them. The simplest reason: Can man express the truth? In the past few thousand years, had any man expressed the truth? None. Only God incarnate could express the truth. Whoever could express the truth, whoever could express the disposition of God, what God has and is, God’s work, then He is the incarnate Christ. Isn’t this the truth of the matter? So, man must not condemn this Christ for anything He does. If you condemn Him, you are finished. If you condemn Him, you are foolish. You must not condemn Him, never condemn. For there is so much you don’t know, so much about the truth you don’t understand. How much of the truth do you understand? What can you discern? Nothing. But you have the gall to condemn God. How dare you? Isn’t this what it is about? You can only discern things when you understand the truth. You don’t understand any truth, so don’t ever condemn God, don’t ever develop notions, and never follow Satan. Whoever accepts Satan’s recommendation, whoever accepts Satan’s absurdity, will fall for Satan’s tricks. You see how Adam and Eve fell. They listened to Satan’s words and fell for Satan’s tricks. In two words, Eve was deceived by Satan. They ended up committing a sin. Since God is holy, He does not permit sinners to approach Him. God detests sin. So God did not appear before Adam and Eve anymore. How did Adam and Eve lose their habitat in the Garden of Eden? They lost it by listening to Satan’s nonsense and absurdity. Don’t you agree? When we follow Christ today, experiencing God’s judgment and chastisement, can we accept Satan’s nonsense? Some people consider secretly, “I believe in God. Is this God true or false? I need to see the negative propaganda. Perhaps it can show me the right way. Perhaps the negative propaganda is factual and is the truth.” What do you think of these people? They are foolish. Can the great red dragon have any truth? It has existed for almost a hundred years. It has never expressed one single truth. It always distorts the truth and resists the truth; it does not have the truth. Therefore, no matter how much nonsense the great red dragon tells you, it doesn’t have a shred of truth, does it? Does the religious circle have any truth? The leaders, pastors and elders of the religious circle are invariably hypocrites and Pharisees. They are all antichrists and none of them has any truth. Isn’t it true? Some people said, “How can you be a hundred percent sure of it? Did you investigate it? Did you survey it?” I don’t need to do any investigation or survey. I only need to go by one fact. It takes twenty-one days for chicken eggs to hatch. Those eggs that don’t hatch in twenty-one days are bad eggs. Am I right? Do you need any investigation or lab test? Do you need a fluoroscopy? No. What is the basis of the conclusion then? The basis is time. Time is the most accurate answer, isn’t it? To date, there aren’t any pastors or elders of the religious circle who have taken the initiative to examine the work of Almighty God. There isn’t a single pastor of any denomination who has actively accepted it, is there? No. Is the conclusion I reached correct then? Does it have any basis? Some people keep asking, “Did you investigate it?” They keep pressing me for an answer. What do you think about my answer above?

The word of God is communicated below. “I take pleasure in those who are not suspicious of others.” “[N]ot suspicious of others” here doesn’t mean all others. It means not suspecting others under normal circumstances. If someone is known as a bad person, and he wants to make dealings with you, to talk to you, can you not think it over what this person is? This is precaution, not suspicion. What does suspicion refer to? It is presupposing someone as bad without knowing the person. It is like some women who were twice married and abandoned by their spouses, they then say that there is not a good person among men. Is this a right conclusion? This is generalization, isn’t it? It is wrong. Let’s say if God appears and expresses many truths, and you hear the word of God and say, “Ah, all of this is the truth. There is definitely divinity in this Christ. The Spirit of God dwells in Him. He is no ordinary man. Since God is holy and righteous, He would not just casually put on a flesh,” is this a right way of thinking? It is right. Why is it right? This saying is based on the knowledge of God. This is not a conjecture, is it? Like someone in the religious circle says, “You bear witness that God has become flesh again? Impossible!” When he says “impossible,” is he speaking from conjecture? He is speaking from notions and imagination, not based on the knowledge of God. It is suspicion and conjecture. God puts on a flesh to work, and God uses a man to work. The Holy Spirit has testified to all this. Both are the testimonies of the Holy Spirit. What do you think about the testimony of the Holy Spirit? Do you mean that you suspect Him like He is an ordinary person who is just as bad as you imagine of others? Do you acknowledge that there are differences in many types of people, differences in kind and mean people, good and bad people, do you acknowledge that? You all acknowledge there are differences. Although they are rare, there are good people after all. Since there are good people, how do you categorize Christ? Do you categorize Him as a good or bad person? You have no idea, am I right? It is wrong no matter how you categorize Him. If you say you will not think of Him as bad, but will think of Him as a good human being, is that appropriate? It is inappropriate even if you think of Him as a good human being because even good people are corrupted by Satan. Christ does not have the disposition of Satan, let alone the nature of Satan. Why? It is because Christ has the Spirit of God indwelling Him. Nothing belonging to Satan can enter Him and become part of His being. For someone who has been made perfect, why will Satan no longer be able to corrupt him? That is because he possesses the truth, he understands the truth. He can discern all the fallacies of Satan. He can refuse and reject them. Isn’t this what it is about? Now there are two cases where Satan’s corruption will fail. The first is that Satan can’t corrupt the incarnate God because Christ has the Spirit of God indwelling Him. The second is that Satan is unable to corrupt a person who has gained the truth and has a new life. If you acknowledge these are facts, isn’t it true that Christ is free of corrupt disposition? It is true indeed.

Christ reveals not only divinity, but also normal humanity. His humanity is normal humanity, ordinary normal humanity. In comparison, is there any difference between His normal humanity and His divinity? Yes. His humanity is His humanity, and His divinity is His divinity. These cannot be confused. Do you understand? Can His humanity represent His divinity? No. Then, does the normal humanity of Christ exist forever? After the work of the incarnate God is completed, He will be transfigured into a spiritual body. Only His divinity will remain. In fact, divinity was only what God inherently had, for God is Spirit. When He became flesh, it was merely that He put on a temporary outer shell to conceal Himself so people would not recognize. Outwardly, He was an ordinary person. In colloquialism, this was in order to cover the eyes of Satan. Do you understand? But this created a problem for some people. When they contacted Christ, they said, “Huh? How is it all the revelation of humanity? He speaks and looks at things with normal humanity, nothing but humanity. Why isn’t there any visible divinity?” His divinity is invisible to them. You see, when that Samaritan woman saw the Lord Jesus, the Lord Jesus said to her that she had five husbands. She ran off when she heard that. “I saw the Messiah. When He met me, He said how many husbands I had and he whom I now have is not my husband. He is able to reveal my secret. This is not something that someone with normal humanity is capable of. Those with normal humanity cannot see what is hidden in people. This is the emanation of His divinity.” Everywhere she went, she said she had seen the Messiah (see Jhn 4:7-29).

Nowadays, many people are willing to play the role of the Samaritan woman, “One day when I see Christ, it would be so nice for Him to reveal my secrets, that would show He is Christ, that He is God!” A person who thinks this way doesn’t know God. He is not someone who knows God. Occasionally, the Lord Jesus performed miracles and wonders. Most of the time, He lived in normal humanity. You see, He cried when Lazarus died, wasn’t that normal humanity? Sometimes He was sad, wasn’t that normal humanity? Most of the time, He lived in normal humanity. Now, as soon as you see the normal humanity of Christ, you deny that Christ is God, deny His divine essence. What kind of mistake is that? Who can clarify this matter? None of you? This means you are not clear about the truth regarding God’s incarnation. The incarnate God possesses both humanity and divinity, but His humanity is not His essence, His divinity is. There is an imagination of Christ in the hearts of some people, “If He can perform miracles and wonders, just as the Lord Jesus did—when He speaks a word, something is accomplished—then He is Christ indeed.” Now, has Christ spent more time living in normal humanity or revealing divinity? He lives in normal humanity most of the time. If He always lived in divinity, in the dominance of divinity, then no one would fail to recognize Him. If people all had recognized that Jesus of Nazareth was the coming Messiah, no one would have said that He was an ordinary man, isn’t that so? However, only after the Lord Jesus did the redemption work in Judea and, in particular, appeared to the people for as long as forty days after resurrecting from death did many people who had believed in Him recognize that He was exactly Christ, the Son of God. Had it not been for His appearance for forty days after His resurrection from death, it would have been problematic. No one would authenticate Him, correct?

The Lord Jesus was authenticated by people mainly because of two things: His performance of miracles and wonders and appearance for forty days after resurrection from death. As for Christ in the last days, how is He authenticated by many people, ultimately being accepted, obeyed and truly known by them? Through His words. Christ in the last days has expressed many truths. The more people experience His words, the more they understand these truths and know God, ultimately achieving knowledge of this practical God on earth. This is achieved through His words. If a person has not experienced Christ’s words, has not discovered or gained many truths from Christ’s words, is this person able to authenticate Christ? No. After all, his belief in Him is merely based on recognizing Him as the incarnate God, based on His expression of the truth. This recognitional belief is not commendable and never recognized by God. Therefore God does not recognize any antichrist’s faith in the incarnate God. Don’t you agree? When someone bears witness for Christ, if he only talks about his experience in attaining knowledge of God by experiencing Christ’s words and understanding the truth, communicates and bears witness for the truth he has understood and his experience and knowledge of His words, to finally let everyone realize that Christ who has expressed the truth is the practical God as well as the God in heaven, doesn’t this mean he has knowledge of God? Ultimately, the more he believes in Christ, the more he believes that Christ is the God in heaven, and the more accurate and thorough is his knowledge of the God in heaven. This kind of faith is true faith, the kind of faith commendable by God. Do you understand? When you ask some people, “Since you believe in the incarnate Christ, what experience and knowledge do you have of Him? Tell me, of the truths that He has expressed, which one do you understand? Which one have you gained?” if they cannot say anything about these, and instead say, “I have no experience or real understanding of any one of them. All I understand is their literal meaning,” can such people ultimately attain knowledge of the God on earth? No. Why not? The root cause is lack of empirical knowledge in the truths expressed by Christ. If a person has some experiential knowledge in all the truths that Christ has expressed, and he can speak from true experience and testimony in any truth to utterly convince others, do you say this person has true knowledge of Christ? Some people say yes. Why do you say he knows Christ? Some people say it is because of his real experience of the words expressed by Christ, which generates a true knowledge of God. It is correct to say so. Therefore what is the way to know Christ? To have true experience and knowledge in all the truths He has expressed. This is the way to attain knowledge of the God on earth. “How to Know the God on Earth”? Isn’t there a way now? How to know the God on earth? To have experience and knowledge of the words expressed by Christ. If you do not have practical experience in this, it is all over. You have believed in vain.

Then let us look at the Pharisees’ belief in God Jehovah during the Age of Law. Do you know where their deviations were? They taught human doctrines. They had people follow human doctrines and rejected God’s commandment, hence resisting God, enraging God. Wasn’t this the fault of the Pharisees? They had people follow human doctrines and rejected God’s commandment. That was a fatal mistake! No matter in which era man experiences God’s work, he cannot reject God’s word. God is offended when His commandment is rejected. During the Age of Grace, man deviated from his faith in the Lord. What was his fault? The religious circle deviated from the true way; what was its fault? Their problem was, they, always wanted to work and preach, to suffer in exchange for God’s blessing, for the reward of entering the kingdom of heaven. This was the way of Paul, wasn’t it? What was the principal mistake of Paul’s way? He did not practice the Lord’s word. He had neither the slightest knowledge of the Lord nor the slightest obedience to the Lord. He did outward work out of his enthusiasm and ended up deviating from the way of the Lord. Paul did not advocate practicing the words of the Lord Jesus. He did not tell people how to know the Lord Jesus and love Him from His words. He did not touch upon this topic. He never mentioned about this topic. In Paul’s experiential testimonies, he only talked about his imprisonment and suffering for the Lord. He was certain that he would receive the crown because he had suffered more than all the other apostles. Did he communicate how he had experienced and understood the Lord Jesus’ words? Did he see the true condition of his corruption and his corrupt essence? None at all. Did Paul really repent? His relapses proved that he had never really repented. So ultimately, Paul was not a person who really obeyed the Lord Jesus. Paul never said anything like, “We should honor the Lord as great and fear the Lord at heart, for the Lord Jesus is the only true God.” You cannot find a single sentence like this in Paul’s letters, isn’t that true? What was Paul’s knowledge of the Lord Jesus then? Paul’s knowledge of the Lord Jesus can be summed up in one sentence, “May the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit bless you! In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit I baptize you.” He always divided God into three entities—the “Trinity.” It can be proven from this that Paul had no real knowledge of the Lord Jesus. If he had, why did he keep mentioning about the Father and the Holy Spirit, about Jesus as the Son? If he had really known the Lord Jesus, he would have said, “The Lord Jesus is Jehovah, the only true God who created the heavens and earth and all things, the Holy Spirit Himself.” Why didn’t he say that? With him, it was always in the name of three Gods, “baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” That was the end of it. It proved that he did not know the Lord Jesus. What was the common mistake of people’s belief in the Lord during the Age of Grace? They did not experience the words of the Lord or keep the commandments of the Lord in a down-to-earth manner. Instead, they spent and labored for the Lord by relying on their enthusiasm, and wanted to exchange that for God’s blessing. It was a deviation from the Lord’s will. Paul was a typical representative of the people in that era. Isn’t this the situation? So during the Age of Grace, no one really knew that the Lord Jesus was the only true God. No one did. What is the successful way that can be summed up from here? That is, believing in God in any era must be based on practicing and experiencing the word of God in a down-to-earth manner. The path of believing in God begins with practicing and experiencing God’s word. Seek the truth in everything, and base everything on God’s word. Never worship or follow people. Only fear God and obey God. This way, the more you practice God’s word, the more clearly you will understand the truth, and the more you will know God. It is most important to see this matter clearly. Do you understand? “How to Know the God on Earth”? The path is right here.

We have found the fundamental reason why the Pharisees failed in their belief in God during the Age of Law. They had others follow nothing but human doctrines and regulations, and abandoned God’s commandments. They offended God. Religious leaders in the Age of Grace simply taught men to toil for the Lord. They did not teach or lead men to practice or experience the word of the Lord. They always expected to reap the fruit of their labor in exchange for God’s blessings. They wished to enter the kingdom of heaven as a reward for their toils. They embarked on a path of failure. Do these sufferings they endured really demonstrate their total submission to God? No. Why don’t they? They are motivated by their desire to receive blessings. This does not mean total submission to God. It is true that those who are motivated by their desire to receive blessings may suffer hardships, pay a certain price, perform some good deeds, and maintain good conduct. However, they do not last. Why do you often hear unbelievers say “a man finds it easy to perform a good deed, but he finds it hard to do so consistently in his entire life”? How so? It is because men are deeply corrupt. They are not inherently good, so it is an impossible task. Actually, they are unable to do so not even half of their lifetime. Isn’t that true? It is rather easy to perform just a good deed. If those who are motivated to receive blessings can endure years of suffering, then it shows that their motivation must be strong. Their desire must be great. They are certainly able to motivate them to endure suffering and pay a price. However, everything will be revealed when trials arrive. For example, someone who is zealous is willing even to give up his life for the sake of blessings, a crown, rewards, and admission to the kingdom of heaven. Then, all the sudden, God subjects him to a trial, and says to him, “Despite how much you may have suffered and despite the fact you are willing to die for Me, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven, because your previous sins are too great to be forgiven by Me.” Do you think he will continue to endure suffering after hearing a statement like this? What will he do? He will certainly resort to reason, and become negative. He will quickly reveal his true self, won’t he? He will say, “Alas! I thought that since I was suffering on Your behalf, I would surely be able to receive Your rewards and enter the kingdom of heaven. Now You have spoken Your mind. Rather than commending, You deny my admission to the kingdom of heaven. Why would I bother to expend myself for You? I would not have believed in You had I known the outcome of this!” Wouldn’t he make such comments? What do they mean? Did he sincerely toil for God? Did he do that willingly? Don’t you see clearly that his toil is transactional and conditional? Do you recall what God did to Peter when He tried him? What did God say? Under what circumstance was Peter tried and how did Peter respond? Could we find those details in God’s words? God said, “[E]ven though he loved Me, I did not commend him but would cast him into Satan’s hands in the end.” Peter responded by saying, “Even if I die after coming to know You, I would be ever ready and willing.” Isn’t that true that the path Peter chose was completely different from the one Paul chose? Peter loved God without condition or impurity and he loved God from the bottom of his heart. Therefore, God commended Peter’s love for Him. God commends an individual’s love or his faith according to a specific principle. He discloses your true self by first subjecting you to a trial. Once He sees that you remain steadfast and stand witness, God will then testify to you. How about Paul’s suffering? There was no trial to reveal it, is that right? It was a bad situation. God did not recognize him because he relied solely on his zeal. Paul now faces God’s punishment in hell while Peter is in the kingdom of heaven. For two thousand years, God has confined him to a place where he remains today. In the Age of Grace many people embarked on the same path which Paul had taken, and strayed from the will of the Lord. Don’t you understand why and how they failed? What should we do if we choose to take Peter’s path in our belief? We should earnestly pursue the truth. We should persevere and proceed step by step. We should do so by earnestly pursuing the truth, eating and drinking God’s word, practicing and experiencing His word with heart. Consequently, we will gain a greater comprehension of the truth and greater knowledge of God. The more you understand the truth, the more you will find Christ adorable and worthy of love by men. What’s on your mind? “Such truth is expressed by Christ. There will be no truth without Christ. Without Christ, I would not have become the person I am today. Christ is adorable. He is the Savior of my life.”

If a person believes in Christ but has not obtained the truth, can he truly love Christ? Can he truly believe in Christ? Definitely not. Why not? It is because he has not obtained the truth. What Christ is and has is the truth. A person’s failure to obtain the truth means that he has not gained Christ. His faith has nothing to do with Christ. Therefore, we consider that anyone who has no interest in the truth Christ expresses is a nonbeliever. Isn’t that right? Yes. As you see, some people appear to be zealous, but they are confused when they read Christ’s word. If a person never reads, ponders, or practices Christ’s word in experience, does he truly believe in Christ? God says that such a person is a nonbeliever. Have you ever experienced Christ’s word and put it into practice? This is a key question, isn’t it? First of all, have you practiced to be an honest person? In addition, have you practiced to truly submit to Christ? “Which matters exemplify my practicing the truth out of submission to Christ and love for Him? Which matters exemplify my practicing a line of God’s word which I obtained comprehension upon through seeking the truth? What difficulty has been resolved by understanding God’s will through seeking the truth and thus accurately practicing the truth?” Try to find such testimonies in experiences and it’d be great if you can find many of them. It means that you truly believe in God, believe that His word is the truth, and that His word is the most precious wealth of life God bestows to men.

God says, “If you are deceitful, then you will be guarded and suspicious toward all people and matters.” Here, you need to figure out a deceitful person’s M.O. How did you tell who is a deceitful person before? You thought that a deceitful person tells nothing but lies. This is what you could realize. Now, what does God say here? “If you are deceitful, then you will be guarded and suspicious toward all people and matters.” Such is a real deceitful person. God has hit the nail on the head about the essence of the deceitful, hasn’t He? How much of a difference do you think there is between your understanding of a deceitful person’s M.O. and what God says about it? What are the differences? Why is it that God’s word is the truth while your own is not? Can you see it here? How does God describe a deceitful person here? What does God say about a deceitful person’s M.O.? A deceitful person guards against all matters and all men. He is suspicious about all matters and all men. There are some details about what guard and suspicion entail. What is meant by “be guarded and suspicious”? Is such guardedness the same as the guardedness which a person with normal humanity has in terms of doing things in wisdom and with principles? No. Those who possess the truth do things with principles and have specific targets which they guard against. They go according to different principles when treating true brothers and sisters, evil doers, and the deceitful people. When it comes to God—the incarnate Christ—they simply open their hearts without any guard. I open my heart in my fellowship with those who understand the truth. I use some wisdom when I talk with those who do not understand the truth and yet sincerely pursue the truth. When talking with people who have no interest whatever in the truth, and those who appear to be zealous, wisdom is especially required, because such people are able to pick on me and judge me. They are able to distort the fact, which can be very serious. Real honest people sometimes lack wisdom. They do not guard against people. Consequently, evildoers pick on them. They eventually learn to identify an evildoer. “I should guard against him as I speak with him.” Is this what God means by being guarded as a deceitful person is? You all know it is not. You ought to know the truth and not to confuse this matter. There will be trouble if you do. How about being suspicious? It pertains to men’s guessing without an aim. It is groundless. What is wrong with such behavior? Is it a symptom of nervous malfunction? One person goes to see a movie. She is quite shaken as she watches an agent poisoning a good man. The good man dies. Prior to his death, the agent takes care of him. So, the good man dies without knowing what goes on. In fact, he is grateful for the care that the agent provides. After watching the movie, she says, “How awful! How can this be? I have learned a lot.” She goes home and begins to doubt that she might be poisoned by her husband or children. What seems to go wrong here? Some say she is overreacting. Isn’t such behavior similar to how a deceitful person is suspicious toward men? He does not consider whom the person might be. He doesn’t guard an individual on basis of the bad things he may have done or a reputation of being a deceitful person. His doubts and suspicions toward men are indiscriminate. He has thoughts of suspicion toward good men, and those who pursue the truth, as well as the person used by the Holy Spirit. The most serious is that he has doubts and suspicion toward Christ. What is his mistake? No matter how good you are, he will never trust in you. Such is the mark of a deceitful man.

Some can embezzle money, commit adultery and do many despicable things as they have power and status. So they think, “The leaders of God’s family are also like this. Isn’t the above also like this?” Notice how they are suspicious of me now. They say, “Since the man used by the Holy Spirit has status, can he not do these things? We cannot say for sure.” What kind of mistake did they make? They think that the man God uses is like them. The man God uses conducts himself in the same way as they do. This is judging others from their own perspective. Can someone be exactly the same as someone else? They cannot. First, their character is different. Some people are humane, other people are not humane. Second, their calibers are not the same. Third, their pursuit and preferences are not the same. Fourth, their temperaments are not the same. Therefore, some people who believe in God will be saved, and others will be eliminated. Some people can be perfected by God and some people will meet with punishment. Some people will be used by God and some people will be despised and detested by God. These are all different. Since all men are different, there are these many different categories and outcomes. Now, such people think that others are the same as them based on their own way of thinking, is this right? This is a big mistake. They cannot think like this, “Oh no, this person that God uses must be better than us. His inner quality must be better and he has more normal humanity. Even though his corrupt disposition is the same as ours, this person is definitely someone that pursues the truth, is able to cast aside his corruption, forsake his flesh, obey God, can revere God and shun evil. He is much loftier than us. If he commits one transgression, we may commit one hundred. We cannot compare to him. He is able to bear a lot of suffering. We are not able to bear any suffering. He can do several different kinds of work properly. We are afraid that we cannot even do one kind of work well. The man God uses is definitely much better than us.” Is this kind of thinking objective? It is relatively objective. Now, with the status that I have, would you say that it is easy for me to hook up with women? It is very easy. However, do I have a mistress by my side? I do not even have one, I stay far away from women. Do I embezzle money? I do not. I do not embezzle the things that God has put under my custody. The things that God gives can be enjoyed. I do not touch the things that God did not give. Furthermore, when it comes to the work, how well have I performed the duties that God has given to me? Some people say I have done them well. I’m just acting within my own capabilities. Don’t say that I am doing them well. I’m just doing my best. If I am doing my best, yet the results are still not good enough, then it is because of my incompetence. I am not devoted to God. That’s all that can be said. Never say that I am doing my work well. Can it be said that I am trying my best? Some say that perhaps I am. Can it be said that I have been trying my best and that I have never goofed off or been lazy? I wouldn’t dare say that. Sometimes, when I do not feel well and when I run out of strength, well, I talk less. Before, I wrote a song with the following verse, “As long as I have one breath left, I will expend myself to do God’s will.” I have not been able to do this yet. I’m still gasping for air. Why do I stop when I encounter physical difficulties? This verse is a bit excessive. It doesn’t work. I won’t write these things again in the future. It’s not good or realistic even if one verse is excessive. In the past, I was like all of you. My corrupt disposition was the same. I was boasting and talked about doctrinal words. Now, I understand. Do you notice if I still boast? Do I still talk about doctrinal words? Gradually, I’ve cast these two things aside. It did not happen in an instant. I had to plant my feet on solid ground and put the truth into practice. When I encountered mistakes or deviations, I did some self-reflection. Little by little, I became more and more adept at practicing the truth. In the very end, I was able to cast aside some of my corruption and obtain a bit of cleansing. What do you notice from this example? Isn’t God’s work very practical? Can those who pursue the truth be perfected? Do you see the path? I am an example of this. Someone said, “I do not believe that if someone always reads God’s words, experiences God’s work and performs their duties, they are still unable to cast aside their corruption. Let me see if our brother has cast his corruption aside. Is he still self-right? Does he still talk about doctrinal words? Does he still say empty things? Does he still boast? Is he deceiving us?” When he sees the results, he says, “Oh, there has been a change. You are somewhat different from us. You are better than us. There is a way. Well, we can also achieve the results that our brother has attained through the work of the Holy Spirit.” Is this way of thinking correct? It is correct. The degree to which God perfects and cleanses me is also the same degree that you can be perfected and cleansed. These words are practical. What are these words based on? God is trustworthy, the truth does not treat people unfairly! Therefore, these words are in accordance with principles and the truth. This is not boasting and they are not empty words. God and the truth do not show favoritism to certain people. God treats everybody righteously and fairly.

Let’s continue fellowshiping about God’s words. “[A]nd thus your faith in Me will be built upon a foundation of suspicion.” Notice how you tend to be suspicious of and guarded against everyone else. Now, if you bring this kind of satanic disposition into your faith, can you say that you do not have suspicions about God? What is the source of people’s suspicions about God? The source is the satanic nature, something deceitful people possess. So there is a basis for saying these words, right? This is the way to communicate the truth and view deceitful people. This is not a fantasy or reasoning, it is practical and completely in accordance with God’s word. Is it a kind of satanic disposition to constantly be suspicious about other people? All satanic dispositions are poisons of Satan and they must be cleansed and eliminated. This kind of satanic disposition must not be allowed to remain. You are constantly suspicious about other people. It is okay to be guarded against bad people. However, if you are suspicious about good people, your brothers and sisters, the man used by the Holy Spirit and in the end, even Christ Himself, then this is a sin. At the very least, it is a transgression. If you are unable to eliminate it, you can easily offend God’s disposition. Some people judge me in secret behind my back. They say I commit adultery. Isn’t this rubbish? Do you have evidence? What the great red dragon says is a distortion of the facts. Why do you accept it? Why do you believe it? Your heart has problems. You believe Satan’s words, yet you do not believe the words of the man used by the Holy Spirit and you do not believe God’s words. Isn’t there something wrong with your heart? Aren’t there obstacles in your heart? This proves that you have a satanic disposition and a satanic nature. If you bring this satanic disposition into your faith, it is exceedingly easy for you to offend God’s disposition. If you say something one day that is truly resistant to God, you will be eliminated and expelled forever. It will be over for you. Can those things be said as you please? Do you think that you are the great red dragon? The great red dragon has to pay a price for the things it says. It will receive God’s punishment. God’s righteous disposition spares nobody!

Take a look at what God says here, “[A]nd thus your faith in Me will be built upon a foundation of suspicion. I could never acknowledge such faith.” God will never acknowledge a faith in which you are suspicious of God. Do you know what the meaning of this is? Isn’t it that God does not acknowledge that you believe in Him? Speaking plainly, this means, “Your faith in Me is built upon a foundation of suspicion. I can never acknowledge this kind of faith.” Another way to say this is, “Your faith in God does not hold weight. If you believe in God in this way, God will never acknowledge that you are someone that believes in Him.” This is what it means, do you understand? What does someone that believes in God say to God? “Everything that I do, I do for You.” God says: “I do not know this. What you do is done for Me? What do you base these words on? You are talking rubbish. Do you want to deceive Me in My presence?” Some people have bought some things for God. Another person says, “First let me try it on God’s behalf. If it is suitable, I will bring it to God.” He wants to represent God in whatever he does. When someone has bought something to give to God, he wants to use it or try it first. He says that this is loving God. He does not say that he is greedy. What kind of problem is this? Isn’t this a satanic demon’s pretense? This is how a satanic demon pretends in order to deceive God. God is angry at this kind of person. He should be expelled immediately and forever! This satanic demon has done something that offends God’s disposition. Such a person will be expelled forever. This is how such a person’s belief in God is concluded in an instant. Some people, when they believe in God, they can manage to follow for two to three years. For other people, their destiny is determined on their first day of belief in God. Obviously, they are a devil or a demon that has come here to deceive God. That is why God’s family has expelled 300,000–500,000 people. Isn’t this normal? Some people come under the banner of wanting to fulfill duties. When they get here, they do not fulfill their duties. They just want to eat, drink and be merry, and they get expelled. Some people have accepted the great red dragon’s lies and rumors. Who do you believe? Do you believe in God or do you believe in the great red dragon? If you believe in the great red dragon, then leave immediately. God’s family does not need you. You believe the words of the great red dragon, and you come up with notions about God and want to attack and judge God. You are basically the great red dragon’s lackey and a classic example of a satanic demon. You won’t have a chance if you came here to test God. I say one word and you will be expelled. Should people who constantly have suspicions about God be dealt with like this? They should be dealt with like this. Why do you believe in God if you have suspicions about God? Is your faith genuine? A faith built upon suspicions is one that is not acknowledged by God. Such people believe in God to test God. They are Satan’s servants and they have come to resist God. God detests them.

Let’s continue reading God’s word, “Lacking true faith, you are even more devoid of true love.” Without true faith, can you love God? This is lying. This is a fake kind of love. It’s a false pretense. Some people say they bear various kinds of suffering because they love God. They do things because they love God. Is this genuine? Do those that genuinely love God dare to say that all the things they do are done out of their love for God? They do not dare. Why do they not dare? They believe that they are not worthy. They believe that they are far from God’s requirements. They do not dare boast. Their hearts revere God and they have an understanding of God. As a result, they think the little that man does is not worth mentioning. So, is there anyone among mankind who is worthy to say that they love God? I am definitely not worthy of this. If you say that I have a bit of love for God in my heart, it is okay. I think this is very objective. I would not be able to say that I really love God. I am not worthy! That is why those that truly have a God-loving heart do not dare boast. If you ask me the following question: “Have you achieved holiness?” I would say, “Holiness? I am not worthy of this word. All I can say is that I have obtained a little bit of cleansing. I am far from holy. Only God is worthy of being called holy. Man is not worthy of this. Man does not deserve this.” Some ask, “Do you dare say that you are loyal to God?” “I am not worthy of this. I would not even dare confirm that I have a bit of loyalty. God sees into the bottom of man’s hearts.” It is impossible for those that have truly experienced a lot of dealing and pruning to boast, right? They don’t dare boast. Some ask, “Have you really been perfected by God?” “I do not dare say that I have. Even though God says that it is so, I should only say that I have been perfected to a minimum degree, the lowest standard. I am still far from achieving God’s criteria.” Is it practical to say it like this? It is practical. That is why those that truly love God do not dare boast. They will not speak about their love of God. Someone said, “When you do things in this way, I can see that you have a heart that loves God.” “Oh, I would not dare say this. I am not worthy. It is God’s mercy. I have experienced a little bit of change and I have a little bit of conscience at most.” Saying it like this is realistic. Someone said, “When I hear you speaking right now, you seem very honest. You tell no lies.” “Do not say that I tell no lies whatsoever. Perhaps there are lies but I am not aware of them. My understanding of the truth is still shallow. There are still some lies that I am not aware of before God discloses or dissects them.” I cannot exaggerate by saying, “I do not tell any lies, I am an honest person!” Who would dare boast in this way? If I boast like this, it is proof that I am not an honest person. I am someone that brags.

What foundation is a true love built upon? It is built upon a true faith in God. Now, do you know what foundation a true faith is built upon? You must have some understanding of God. If you do not have an understanding of God, then your faith is false. Even if it is not false, it is the lowest form of faith. It is a faith that just barely acknowledges God. This kind of faith simply acknowledges that God exists. It is similar to the faith of the religious world. They just acknowledge: “God is real. There is a true God. Jehovah is real. It is also true that Jesus is God incarnate. God truly exists.” Does God praise this kind of faith? He does not. This is a faith of acknowledgement. God does not praise it, it is not up to standard. During the Age of Kingdom, of the people that accepted Almighty God, are there people with this kind of faith? Does God praise the kind of faith that merely acknowledges the incarnate God, that merely acknowledges the judgment work of God during the last days and that the words that God expresses are the truth? He does not. There are some people that do not withdraw due only to this kind of faith. They do not withdraw, yet they do not pursue the truth. Other people ask, “When you encounter this trial, why do you persist in your faith and not withdraw? How are you able to persist with your faith despite the fact that the great red dragon persecutes and oppresses you so frantically?” “I acknowledge that God is real, the way is real, the truth that God expresses is real. That is why I do not withdraw.” Is this kind of faith up to par? It is not. Why is it not up to par? It is because this kind of faith does not represent an understanding of God and it does not represent obedience to God. The results that God desires to achieve through His judgment work in the last days cannot at all be found within these people. This is why this kind of faith is not up to standard. Understand? As you believe in God and have accepted God’s work, you should be able to obtain the results that God requires you to obtain. Why does God need to do the work of judgment in the last days? What are the results that God hopes to achieve through His judgment work in the last days? They are that man is cleansed of his corrupt satanic disposition and of all the satanic poisons that exist within him so that he can truly know, obey and worship God. These are the results that God wants to achieve through His work in the last days. If you merely acknowledge that God’s incarnation is real and that it is true that God has expressed the truth and done the judgment work in the last days, but you do not accept the truth one bit, does your faith contain any result achieved through God’s work? Does this prove that you are someone that knows and obeys God? This does not prove that you know and obey God; that is why God does not acknowledge this kind of faith. What is the meaning of God not acknowledging this kind of faith? It means this kind of faith is not praised by God. God does not save the person with this kind of faith. He does not acknowledge that they believe in Him. This is the meaning.

God said, “And if you are liable to doubt God and speculate about Him at will, then you are, without question, the most deceitful of all people.” What kind of person is the most deceitful of men? Those that dare speculate about and doubt God are the most deceitful of men. Are the most deceitful of men demons? They are demons. All those who resist God and who directly have suspicions of God, directly judge God and doubt God are demons. If you speculate about God, you are a demon. God then said, “You speculate whether God can be like man: unpardonably sinful, of petty character, devoid of fairness and reason, lacking a sense of justice, given to vicious tactics, treacherous and cunning, pleased by evil and darkness, and so on.” What kinds of manifestations do all those who speculate about God have? First, they speculate whether God can be like man: unpardonably sinful. This is a very bad and poisonous speculation about God. This kind of person is very treacherous, right? Second, they speculate whether God can be like man: of petty character. For these people, it is over. People of petty character exist, but does God use such people? Could God assume a flesh of such a character? If God had put on the outward form of a corrupt person that people speculate that God would be like, would God be able to do the work that He came to do? He would be unable to do so. That is why God needs to clothe Himself as someone with a normal humanity. Outwardly, the humanity of God incarnate is not a mighty humanity as people might imagine or a humanity with which He can summon the wind and command the rain or perform miraculous and marvelous things. However, it is at least a normal humanity. Could this normal humanity influence people’s knowledge of God? It could not. This is part of what makes God worthy of love. God could be incarnated as a man with an ordinary, normal humanity. What does this indicate? God knows people’s hearts. God knows what a person with a normal humanity is like. When God becomes flesh, He puts on a flesh of this kind of humanity. This indicates that God acknowledges and loves all those that have a normal humanity. God praises such people and they are to be saved by Him. If when God became flesh, He clothed Himself in the humanity of a lofty person, someone that people adore and someone that conforms to the notions and imaginations of people, then when people look at their own lowly conditions, would they be able to feel that God is worthy of love? People would feel, “God is too high to reach. God looks down on us. Perhaps God does not think we are worthy. Let’s not even mention whether or not we can be saved.” Isn’t this the case? The humanity that God clothed Himself in when He became flesh in the last days is an ordinary, normal humanity. What does this indicate? God likes this kind of humanity. God likes those with this kind of humanity. Since God could clothe Himself in such an ordinary, normal humanity, God will bless those who have such a normal humanity. Those with such a normal humanity will thus be able to enter the kingdom of heaven. Such people will make up the kingdom of heaven. Can it be understood in this way? It can be understood in this way. Can you tell from his external appearance what kind of person the man used by God is? I am still unknown by sight to most people. However, from listening to the tone of my voice, my manner of expression and my viewpoints, are you able to tell what kind of person I am? Some people say that they can. What do you notice? Can you tell whether or not I am like the man whom some people speculate that God would be like: unpardonably sinful, of petty character, lacking a sense of justice, given to vicious, underhanded, and cunning tactics? Would you speculate about me like this? You all say that you would not. Now, from my words, what kind of person do you think I am like? Some people say that I am honest, upright, have a sense of righteousness and have a loving heart. You only say nice things about me. Don’t say too many nice things about me. Be objective and say, “When I hear you speak, it sounds like you are able to understand people a bit, it seems like you are fair, reasonable and very honest. You do not say a lot of false things, you do not talk about empty theories and you are not a person who uses embellishment and flattery.” Is it okay to describe it like this? It is objective like this. When you hear me speak, do you think that I am honest or not? Am I trying to trick and deceive you? There is a sister who has said that I am very straightforward. I do not say bogus things. Especially if they do something that is not in accordance with God’s will, I will tell it like it is. I do not use euphemisms when I speak. Her words are very suitable. I speak in a very straightforward way, even without constraint. Sometimes, I end up hurting people. After I have hurt someone, I also suffer, “Today, when I said things, why didn’t I think a little bit before saying them? How could I be so direct?” These are the mistakes that I frequently make. This sister has said that when the group comes in contact with me, sometimes, I say things that are very severe. However, since I am afraid that the group may become negative and weak, I say some things to comfort them afterward. She thinks that I am very good at understanding others and that I know the weaknesses of other people. Another sister has said that when I am dealing with her and her associates, even though the things I say are very blunt, it helps them get to the bottom of issues and it highlights the seriousness of the problems at hand so that they can understand it and no longer make the same mistakes. I speak very bluntly so that they can improve and change. They can feel this in their heart. We have been in touch for a few years now, and they can feel it very clearly. If someone has never been in contact with me before and hears me preach like this, would they have the same results? The majority people say that they can feel this too.

Why do I need to ask you these things today? So that you will remember that God assumes a flesh of ordinary, normal humanity when He is incarnated and that this is especially meaningful. Due to our belief in the incarnate God, we come to know what a normal humanity is and what a corrupt humanity is. Once we understand this truth, we are able to distinguish in which aspects we manifest normal humanity and in which aspects we still manifest corrupt humanity. This is beneficial to us as we pursue the truth to obtain purification and perfection. Is there this aspect of meaning? There is this aspect of meaning. If God had not come clothed in flesh, we would never be able to distinguish what a normal humanity is nor would we know what makes it different from a corrupt humanity, right? As long as you possess a normal humanity, it can be said that you are living as a genuine human being. God does not want you to live out a lofty image. Instead, He wants you to live as a normal human being, a genuine human being, which is a human being that possesses a normal humanity. Having a normal humanity means that you have humanity. Having humanity means that you have a normal humanity. If you also have the truth, then you are someone that has been saved and perfected. You are a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. In regard to God assuming a flesh of normal humanity, does this have any meaning when it comes to God saving, purifying and perfecting man? Christ’s normal humanity, His ordinary, normal humanity, is extremely meaningful! During the Age of Grace, the Lord Jesus said the following: “Truly I say to you, Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven” (Mat 18:3). What does it mean to “become as little children”? That means to have a normal humanity or to become as an honest person. There are some people who want to pursue the truth, but they do not know what kind of life they should live out that is in accordance with God’s will. They want to be seen as high and lofty, steady, shrewd, inscrutable and intelligent. The outcome is that the more they try to live out these ideals, the more they become like Satan, the more they become like a demon. They do not meet the criteria of someone that has a normal humanity.

In your mind, just what is a man possessed of a normal humanity? The main points when it comes to a normal humanity are having a sense of righteousness and loving the truth. These are very positive things, right? However, even if you have a normal humanity, are there times when you are foolish and ignorant? Are there times of weakness? Are there times when you don’t see things clearly? A normal humanity has weaknesses and it has deficiencies. If you add on the truth to a normal humanity, those deficiencies would be made up. Do you understand? Now, what are the necessary criteria for living as a genuine human being? What is the definition of a genuine human being? Some people take the figure of the king of devils as the standard to aim for. They believe, “This is what it means to be a normal human being. This is what a genuine human being is. This is what other people admire and worship.” This is wrong. They do not know what a normal humanity is. From the God on earth, the incarnate Christ, we notice the things that can be regarded as normal humanity. Isn’t this God’s grace? This is God’s grace. What can we also observe about the man that God uses? He is someone that has been saved. How he says things, how he does things, his viewpoints and the truths that he understands are all things that we should possess. He is like a model that we should emulate, understand? Peter is an exemplar set up by God; however, this exemplar is merely described in God’s word. Now, what about a practical model that we can see in real life? What is an honest person like? What is someone that loves God like? What is someone that genuinely expends himself for God like? What is someone that genuinely obeys God like? Can you see it? Find these manifestations, the likeness of a genuine human being, from the man that God uses and the people that particularly pursue the truth, and you will be able to enter the path and you will have a standard to reach for. Notice how a real person fulfills his duties, does the work, bears witness for God and communicates the truth. Should you also do these things this way? Is there a path here to follow? When you think back to what God said, you will say, “Now I have a path. I have a model to emulate. I know how to put it into practice. As it turns out, someone who has been saved is like this. Okay. I will follow your example.” What example will you follow? “Whatever you eat, I will eat. Whatever you wear, I will wear. Whatever kind of house you live in, I will live in a similar kind of house.” Is this okay? Do not copy the way I dress, the way I style my hair, the things I eat and the things I use. It is useless to emulate these things. This is not something that God would commend. If that’s the case, what should you emulate? Living out a normal humanity. “How you behave as an honest person, the manifestations you exhibit and the realities you have in being an honest person; how you obey and experience God’s work, the reality of the truths you possess in regard to this aspect; the true understanding of God you have; the manifestations you exhibit in terms of your attitude when it comes to fulfilling your duties—I will learn these things and follow your example when it comes to these few aspects.” This is how you should enter the path. If you do so, there will be a day when you achieve these results. At that point, you will definitely have been saved and you will definitely remain and enter the kingdom of heaven. Isn’t this good?

Christ is especially real, He is face to face with us. You also come into contact daily with the man that God uses. He is also especially real. Do you then have a model when it comes to your conducts and deeds, your pursuit and the results you want to achieve? You have a model. This is a practical path for imitating Peter, right? Peter is a person that lived 2,000 years ago, so how do you understand someone like this? You cannot even see his face. All those who are in front of you and who genuinely pursue the truth are your models. You can learn from this person’s strengths and from that person’s strengths and in this way, you enrich yourself. Wouldn’t your life become richer and richer? Isn’t everything that you see God doing meaningful? Someone asked, “Are God’s requirements of us really high? What are the qualifications that the citizens of the kingdom of heaven need to possess? We still cannot see this clearly.” Can this problem be easily resolved? Imitate Christ and Peter. Seek to equip yourself with a normal humanity and the reality of the truths that they live out. If you have entered into the reality of these truths and lived according to these examples, it’s done. You would surely be able to enter the kingdom of heaven. Does it make sense to say it like this? It makes complete sense. The behavior of deceitful people that God’s words just revealed must be dealt with immediately. By all means, do not doubt or be suspicious of God. Being suspicious of God offends God’s disposition! Do you understand? Would you say that these words of God are meaningful? They are very meaningful. If God does not wake us up with these words, then perhaps some people will be in trouble. They will die because of that without knowing why. Awakened by God, some say, “I’m awake now. I will not be suspicious of God.” Once you have suspicions, once you have improper thoughts, pray immediately. Curse yourself and curse Satan. When you gradually understand the truth, one day, you will no longer have any suspicions about God. Then you will have gained a genuine understanding of God, an understanding of what God has and is and God’s reality. At this point, you will be able to obey and worship God properly. Understanding God is the key point!

A new believer asked, “What is what God has and is?” What God has and is is too much. Generally speaking, God’s righteous disposition is what God has and is. God’s mercy and love for people is also what God has and is. God’s intense rage, majesty and judgment toward evil people and satanic demons are dispositions that also belong to what God has and is. God’s wisdom and almightiness is also what God has and is. When we talk about the details, there is even more. Are God’s empathy for man’s weakness, God’s boundless tolerance and God’s repeated forgiveness and endurance of those who love the truth and genuinely believe in Him also what God has and is? Each and every kind of disposition and truth that only God is able to possess are what God has and is. When God assumes a flesh, He assumes a very normal and ordinary flesh. Isn’t this something that is extremely humiliating for Him? If man had God’s ability, would he be able to assume a flesh so normal and ordinary? He would not be able to. What kind of flesh would man choose to assume? A flesh that is high and lofty, the figure of a great person that everyone would feel deep veneration for once they see it. This is the kind of flesh that man would assume. Everywhere he goes, people would exclaim, “God has arrived.” Even without understanding, people would acknowledge that it is God. Man would think, “By assuming such a flesh, my face glows and I have honor. If I assumed a normal or ordinary flesh, it would feel like a great humiliation.” So why does God the Most High assume such a normal and ordinary flesh? Is this related to what God is? Is it related to God’s loveliness? Which aspect of God’s disposition does this involve? The humble, hidden aspect. God really does not want to show off Himself. God does not like to have people see Him as high and lofty. God likes to have people view Him as practical and externally insignificant but internally possessed of the truth as well as what God has and is. This way, in the end, people will obey and worship this externally insignificant man as the God of heaven. God wants to achieve these kinds of results. God’s work is very practical. Isn’t this what God has and is? These are all what God has and is and the most lovable parts about God, aren’t they? The man that God uses also seems insignificant externally. He is very ordinary, not high and lofty at all. He is not a gifted person or an intellectual, nor is he eloquent. From other people’s point of view, he is very ordinary. Why does God use this kind of person? It involves the same being and disposition of God that are embodied in His assuming the kind of flesh when He is incarnated. They do not contradict at all, right? Wouldn’t it be contradictory if God assumed an ordinary flesh, yet He used a man who is externally very high and lofty? This would be a contradiction. People would not be able to understand God. Therefore, what can we know from the kind of flesh that God assumes and the man that He uses? Someone said that we can know God’s disposition of humbleness and hiddenness. What else? You always say this one word. After I have said it, you follow it as if it were a rule. God does not like to appear high and lofty. God does not like to show off Himself. God focuses on practicality. God is wise. All of this proves that God is almighty. That is why He makes this choice. Now, isn’t this what God has and is? This is what God has and is. Nobody possesses this. What kind of body does a satanic demon assume when it reincarnates? A high and lofty body so that people will regard it highly, praise it and like it. Its appearance is striking, with the impressive and dignified manner of an emperor. What does this indicate about Satan’s disposition? Satan likes people to regard it highly, to worship it and it loves to show itself off. It always wants people to worship it and revolve around it. This proves that such a person originates from Satan, that it is the reincarnation of a satanic demon. Look, every time that God is incarnated, why is it that He assumes a flesh that people look down upon, even with a marred visage? When people see this face, they get the impression that the person behind the face has suffered tremendously. It is very clear here in terms of what God has and is. Also, it represents God’s disposition and emphasizes how God is lovable. When we say that God is worthy of receiving praise forever, it is based on these things that make up what God has and is, understand? What God has and is, it’s too much. This is how simply I can communicate it.
