The Seven Kinds of People Who Must Be Thoroughly Purged From Amongst Leaders and Workers

Although, after undergoing revision, the majority of leaders and workers of all levels in the church are up to standard, there are still a small number who are unqualified. If these unqualified people are not replaced without delay, the life entry of God’s chosen people may suffer loss. Because, as long as one unqualified leader exists, at the very least they will delay the life entry of tens, hundreds or even thousands of people, and if an unqualified worker exists, they will have an effect on the life entry of some of God’s chosen people, and this is an objective fact that no one may deny. God does the work of saving man, and those whom God uses must be those approved by God who genuinely pursue the truth, who can exalt God and bear witness for Him, who are adept at fellowshiping about the truth, at using the truth to resolve problems and at leading people before God—only people like this are capable of carrying out God’s will. If a leader or worker in a church is not someone who pursues the truth, then they will be unable to fellowship about the essence of the truth, and if they have no true knowledge of God, then they will be unable to exalt God or bear witness for Him. How can people like this lead other people before God? Everyone is clear that all those who are not approved by God and who do not pursue the truth will be incapable of having the work of the Holy Spirit. If a leader does not have the verification of the work of the Holy Spirit, then this is enough to show that God does not approve of this person. No matter how someone may use this person, the Holy Spirit does not work on them, so what then are they capable of? Therefore, people like this are unable to do the work God commissions them to do, and no matter how many years they work, they will still be unable to achieve the result of leading God’s chosen people into the reality of God’s words. It is beyond all doubt that anyone who does not have the work of the Holy Spirit is a false leader or a false worker and, it can be said, these people are the lackeys of Satan sent to disturb and interrupt God’s work. Therefore, all who elevate those who do not love the truth, who are unable to exalt God or bear witness for Him, and who do evil and disturb the church’s work, they do not replace them as soon as possible in order to recoup the loss they have caused. They are blatantly evil people who defy God. This type of false shepherd must also be purged and replaced, and eliminated along with the seven kinds of people, leaving not one in place. Only this can ensure that God’s chosen people eat and drink God’s words normally, and that they enter into the truth and attain God’s salvation. To facilitate the discernment of these people who must be replaced and eliminated, brief descriptions of these seven kinds of people are listed below:

1. All who have been possessed by demons and worked on by evil spirits (including homosexuals and those who are persistently promiscuous), regardless of how long they were afflicted, must be purged and replaced;

2. All who are extremely deceitful, who open their hearts to no one, who work only to uphold their own position, fame and fortune, who are selfish and contemptible, who easily resort to deceit and pull the wool over the eyes of superiors and subordinates, and who are persistently slipshod in their duties, must be purged and replaced;

3. All who are especially arrogant and self-conceited, who hold high opinions of themselves, who obey no one, who act wantonly, are a law unto themselves and who act tyrannically, who do not work in accordance with the above’s work arrangements but who do otherwise and are duplicitous, must be purged and replaced;

4. All who always harbor conceptions about God, who have no place for Christ in their hearts, who have no true obedience to God, who still believe in a vague God, who hope in vain to control God’s chosen people and establish their own independent kingdom and who walk the path of the antichrist, must be purged and replaced;

5. All who are prone to preach letters and doctrines and instruct others to follow the rules, who lord it over others to restrict them and who, because they have no true knowledge of God, are even less able to bear witness for God or exalt Him, who work relying on knowledge and underhanded means, who show off their gifts and are people without life, must be purged and replaced;

6. All who, in the performance of their duties, do not practice the truth, do not adhere to principles and do not take responsibility, who handle matters slyly and evasively, who are yes-men afraid to displease anyone, who are without any sense of justice and who do not spare any consideration for God’s will whatsoever, must be purged and replaced;

7. All who are prone to punish, attack and take revenge on people in their work, who are unable to treat others fairly, who always work for position, fame and fortune, whose hearts are malicious and without compassion, who always want to control others and stand above them, who covet the blessings of status—this type of parasite which does not pursue the truth at all or have any humanity must be purged and replaced.

It may be ascertained that the seven kinds of people above are all people who do not pursue the truth and who absolutely do not have the work of the Holy Spirit. They are unable to undertake the work of a church leader of any level, and are unqualified to be a leader or a worker of God’s chosen people. This is because these people do not love the truth, and instead they love status, love standing above others, they covet the blessings of status and wish to rule over and control others. These people serving as leaders and workers totally represents Satan taking up power. People’s ability to appoint those who belong to Satan as leaders means, beyond all doubt, that they are handing God’s chosen people over to Satan—is this not precisely an expression of disturbing and demolishing God’s work and being in opposition to Him? If God’s chosen people were completely under the control of those belonging to Satan, how then could God’s will be carried out? If God’s chosen people cannot attain genuine shepherding or watering, how then could God not be grieved or worried for the sake of His chosen people? Some leaders select and use people in a way that is simply inconsiderate toward God’s will, and instead they do as they wish and act on their emotions. For them, so long as selecting and using people is done in keeping with their own will then that’s OK, and they pay no attention to what God wills. And after they have selected someone, it doesn’t matter to them whether the Holy Spirit is working on that person, and it matters even less whether or not God’s chosen people will suffer loss. They are just immensely proud, thinking that they’ve done some great work and that they should enjoy God’s blessings. Is this kind of selfish, contemptible degenerate, without conscience or reason, worthy to serve God? In selecting and using people—this matter of prime importance—they do not adhere to principles, but instead have the audacity to go against God’s will, taking unprincipled small matters seriously and working them carefully, as though they are being so responsible—is this not a way of doing things that is hypocritical and that tries to deceive God? It can be said that, in terms of selecting and using people, all who cannot be considerate toward God’s will or handle matters in accordance with principles are absolutely not good, are all experts at being slipshod and deceiving God and they all walk the path of the antichrist. How can people like this attain salvation or be perfected? If they do not truly repent, then they will certainly be punished by God.

Currently, these seven kinds of people exist to a greater or lesser extent in all pastoral districts, and they must be thoroughly purged, no matter how many of them there are! This work outweighs all things. If these seven kinds of people are not purged and replaced, those of God’s chosen people who are under their control will be unable to attain genuine watering and supply, and it will then be very hard for them to attain salvation. Therefore, only by thoroughly purging and replacing these seven kinds of people and appointing suitable leaders and workers as soon as possible, can God’s chosen people have hope to enjoy the normal church life and enter onto the right track of belief in God. If those who are leaders can truly be considerate toward God’s will, treat as urgent that which God treats as urgent and think as God thinks, then they should move quickly to purge and replace these seven kinds of people whom God detests. Only by doing this can God’s heart be soothed and the greatest difficulty of God’s chosen people can be resolved, as it is in dire need of resolving. Only fulfilling the essential work of serving God is serving in conformity with God’s will. Doing work that cannot satisfy God’s chosen people’s need for life entry, and that cannot bring God’s chosen people onto the right track of belief in God, is not serving in conformity with God’s will, and so those who do this are not qualified to be used by God.

Now, everyone can see clearly that, no matter what level of leader someone is, only those who have the verification of the work of the Holy Spirit are those who are approved by God. Those who are approved by God at the very least possess these three criteria: 1. They must be people who pursue the truth and who have a sense of justice; 2. They have practical experience, and can fellowship about the truth to resolve practical problems; 3. They are able to bear witness for God and exalt God, and can lead people into the reality of God’s words so that they know God. Only people like this have God’s approval and are those who are fit to be used by God, and only those who fulfill these three criteria can have the verification of the work of the Holy Spirit. If those who are leaders and workers have no true life experience, then they will be unable to fellowship about the true knowledge of God, will be unable to bear witness for God or exalt God, will be unable to use the truth to resolve problems, and will therefore be unable to lead God’s chosen people into the reality of the truth. All who are not adept at fellowshiping about the truth or using the truth to resolve problems, therefore, are not approved or used by God, and they are not needed by God’s chosen people either. If someone has experienced several years of God’s work but still doesn’t understand the truth, then they are certainly someone who does not pursue the truth. In particular, if someone who has been a leader for several years is unable to fellowship about the true knowledge of God, then they will be incapable of enabling God’s chosen people to genuinely gain watering and supply, they will certainly be someone who is a hypocrite and who does not love the truth, and will be an evil person who appears to serve God but who actually defies God. Whomsoever selects and uses someone like this to be a leader or a worker is blind, right? And does this not precisely cause interruptions and disturbances to God’s work?

If a few people of these seven kinds can still be found in a region still acting as leaders and workers, then this is enough to show that the leaders in this region are blind leaders, and that they are acting as Satan’s accomplices but don’t know it, still thinking that they are people who conform to God’s will and are devoted to God—doesn’t this show that they have no shame? If there truly are people who understand the truth and who have a sense of justice, then they should purge clean these seven kinds of people from all levels of leaders and workers as soon as possible, leaving not one in place! Only by doing this can they be someone who is genuinely devoted to God and who genuinely obeys God, and is someone who genuinely takes responsibility for God’s chosen people. When they select people, some leaders always choose those whom they like and who are like-minded to them. When they discover a problem and someone needs to be replaced, they are afraid of displeasing anyone and so they don’t dare to replace them. They’re not afraid of harming God’s chosen people and not afraid of obstructing God’s will from being carried out and that God is grieved. They can only assign people and not replace them, and can only flatter people and not displease them. Is this sort of selfish and contemptible flunky, truly without conscience or reason, still worthy to serve God? They are unwilling to do even things that are open and aboveboard, that are completely fair and which conform to the truth—can people like this overcome Satan and forsake the great red dragon? And how then can this sort of faint-hearted, unrighteous person be of one mind with God? All who are afraid of displeasing people and who are unwilling to hold firmly to the truth are not good, and are absolutely not devoted to God. Those who can only flatter people but not practice the truth or obey God will be unable to attain salvation or be perfected.

To meet the requirement of ensuring God’s chosen people enter onto the right track of belief in God as soon as possible, for them to eat and drink the words of God and enter the entire reality of the truth without disturbance, within three months from now, leaders and workers must purge clean these seven kinds of people from all levels of leaders and workers, leaving not one in place! Otherwise, they will not be people who obey God, who are devoted to God, but will be degenerates who harm God’s chosen people, enemies who sell out God’s chosen people, and evil people who appear to serve God but who actually resist God. Because these people interrupt and demolish God’s work and harm God’s chosen people through their arbitrary selection and use of others, the essence of this problem is that God’s chosen people are being covertly sold out; this is bargaining with the lives of God’s chosen people, acting as Satan’s lackeys and it is a serious betrayal of God. Handing God’s chosen people over to Satan—whether done intentionally or not—will have consequences for God’s chosen people. This is self-evident, and I believe you can all clearly see the essence of the facts.
