799 The Final Result That God’s Work Aims to Achieve
Verse 1
Anyone who’s experienced God’s work
reveres and fears Him, more than admiration.
Due to His work of judgment, chastisement,
they revere Him, for they’ve seen His disposition.
Pre-chorus
God lasts forever, He is self-existent.
Only God deserves reverence, obedience;
humans are not worthy.
Chorus
When He works this way, the result He aims for
is for all humans to revere the Creator,
to worship, submit to Him without conditions.
This is the end goal of God’s work’s mission.
Verse 2
God should be revered, He should be obeyed,
for His disposition and His being
surpass those found in all beings created,
and He is a non-created being.
Pre-chorus
God lasts forever, He is self-existent.
Only God deserves reverence, obedience;
humans are not worthy.
Chorus
When He works this way, the result He aims for
is for all humans to revere the Creator,
to worship, submit to Him without conditions.
This is the end goal of God’s work’s mission.
Bridge
Those who have truly experienced God’s work
and know Him all revere Him.
Yet those who have notions to which they cling,
they simply do not see Him as God,
they don’t revere Him, and though they follow,
they’re not conquered, naturally disobeying.
Chorus
When He works this way, the result He aims for
is for all humans to revere the Creator,
to worship, submit to Him without conditions.
This is the end goal of God’s work’s mission.
