109. The Principles of Supporting and Cooperating With the Work of Leaders and Workers

1. As long as leaders and workers can do their work based on the work arrangements from the above and use the truth to resolve problems, one should accept and obey.

2. When leaders and workers encounter difficulties in their work, God’s chosen people should provide support and cooperation, and safeguard the work of God’s house with one heart and mind.

3. If leaders or workers go against work arrangements and work according to their own intentions, there should be discernment and one must not foolishly follow along. They should be turned around through fellowship with love.

4. If leaders or workers are attacked or framed by wicked people, God’s chosen people should stand on the side of God. One has the responsibility to protect well leaders and workers.

Relevant Words of God:

As an individual in this stream, each person should fulfill their duty properly, do more of what people should be doing, and don’t act willfully. People carrying out work must make their words clear, people who follow must focus more on enduring hardship and obeying, and each person must keep to their place and not step out of line. It should be clear in the heart of each person how they should practice and what function they should fulfill. Take the path on which the Holy Spirit leads; do not go astray or be erroneous.

God lifts the needy from dust, where the humble are made high. I will use My wisdom in all its forms to govern the universal church, to govern all nations and all peoples, so that they are all within Me, and so that all of you in the church might submit to Me. Those who did not obey before must now be obedient before Me, must submit to each other, accept each other, have interconnected lives, and love one another, all drawing on others’ strong points to offset their own weaknesses, serving in coordination. In this way will the church be built, and Satan will have no opportunity to exploit. Only then will My management plan not have failed. Let Me give you another reminder here. Do not allow misunderstandings to arise in you because such-and-such person is a certain way, or acted in such-and-such a way, letting you become decadent in spirit. As I see it, this is not appropriate, and it is a worthless thing. Is the One you believe in not God? It is not some person. The functions are not the same. There is one body. Each does his duty, each in his place and doing his very best, every spark of enthusiasm a flash of light, seeking maturity in life, thus will I be satisfied.

2. You should do anything that is beneficial to God’s work, and nothing that is detrimental to the interests of God’s work. You should defend God’s name, God’s testimony, and God’s work.

You should differentiate between the different work of different types of people; you should not be a foolish follower. This impinges on the matter of your entry. If you are unable to distinguish which person’s leadership has a path and which does not, you will easily be deceived. All these have a direct bearing on your own life.

The Man’s Fellowship:

All those who do things that are beneficial to God’s chosen people entering into life, who can truly give sustenance to His chosen people and can use the truth to resolve their practical problems in entering into life, and who are able to guide His chosen people to enter into the right track of believing in God—only this kind of leader or worker is a person who truly serves God and is recognized and approved of by Him. It is certain that all of these people have the work of the Holy Spirit, and all of God’s chosen people must support such leaders or workers. They must be welcomed and cooperated with.

People in the church and church leaders and workers should be of one accord to expand God’s gospel of the kingdom and allow more people to come in front of God and accept His work. Have things been done this way? If you are unable to do this, it means you have not grown in stature, you are still immature, and you cannot do the work. In the church, those who pursue the truth as well as the leaders and workers are of one accord, and they are united. No one can tear them apart—are there a few people like that? It doesn’t matter whether they are complete, what weaknesses they have, or what kind of corruption they reveal. As long as they are someone who pursues the truth and upholds God’s work, then they are someone who stands on God’s side, and someone who serves God with devotion. What individuals lack can be complemented by others, and through fellowshiping about the truth people can enter into reality before they know it; they can cast off their corrupt dispositions and gradually achieve perfection. Being in accord is key! With a unified goal and direction, and by achieving accord together in order to complete God’s commission, the testimony of the church will become prominent and Satan will be thoroughly shamed. No matter what kind of enemy forces there are, when they see a handful of people in the church who are in accord this way, who are devoted to God and bearing witness, they will be thoroughly humiliated…. A truly sensible person will stand together with those who pursue the truth, unite as one, stick together, and link arms. No matter how anyone treated me in the past, whatever personal grievances I have or what misunderstandings there may be, we can all carry out God’s commission with one heart and mind, and devote to Him. This kind of person is one who is considerate of His will and who is obedient to His work. If a person has this kind of resolve, it shows that they possess a conscience, reason, and humanity. If there are some brothers and sisters, and leaders and workers in a church who are united as one, who stick together, and are of one heart and mind, this is proper. It shows that those brothers and sisters possess the truth, and they have started to enter into reality, to have stature. They have started to fulfill their duty and to stand witness.

All those who do the work have been selected from within the church. They have accepted God’s commission and have shouldered the burden of leading and watering the church, as well as the work of spreading the gospel. The duty they perform in the house of God is to accomplish what God has entrusted them with and for the sake of carrying out God’s will. Everyone should provide them with support and cooperation for their work. No matter what kind of mistakes or shortcomings there may be in their work, one absolutely should not adopt a hostile attitude toward them. However, there are some people who have a poor attitude toward the workers. They slander them, find fault with them, and even speak cuttingly, attack them, and exclude them. This is the revealing of their arrogant, self-important disposition. In serious cases, there are some people who adopt tactics of rejection and exclusion in their treatment of workers. These tactics disrupt God’s work, and it cannot be denied that these are behaviors of resisting and betraying God. This is purely doing evil, and we should all have discernment regarding the practices of that kind of person; they are terribly arrogant. When performing their duty, it’s inevitable that workers will reveal something of a corrupt disposition, and some adulteration. This is a perfectly normal thing. As long as their work is advantageous for the church work, as long as they are beneficial and edifying for other brothers and sisters, then anyone who has a conscience and reason should support and cooperate with them. If workers or leaders do things that do not benefit the work of God’s house or are not in line with the truth, then we must fellowship about the truth with them so that they may let go of that practice. This is protecting God’s work. This is the attitude one should have toward workers performing their duty. On the one hand we provide support and cooperation, and on the other hand we can resolve issues by fellowshiping about the truth. This is beneficial overall, and only this kind of practice is in line with God’s will. So, any previously existing incorrect attitudes should be immediately turned around and rectified in order to prevent any difficulties brought to the work of the house of God. One must have an upright attitude toward workers performing their duty—this is to emphasize being considerate of God’s will, to not hurt His feelings, to emphasize upholding His work, and to not disrupt His work. This is a necessary principle for practice.

If church leaders don’t do things according to work arrangements, God’s chosen people have the right to carry out those work arrangements, and no one is entitled to interfere. If the practices of the church leaders are not in line with the truth, God’s chosen people absolutely should not accept and obey them, but they should put the truth into practice and not accept any person’s constraints. This is an expression of true obedience of God, and that kind of person is one who puts the truth into practice and has entered the right track of belief in God.

As to leaders and workers of various levels who uphold the work of the house of God and do things strictly according to the work arrangements from the above, God’s chosen people must all uphold, cooperate with, and support them. If these good leaders and workers of God’s chosen people are sieged and framed by evil ones, God’s chosen people should provide protection. They must provide protection. Only this is standing on the side of God and upholding God’s work. Kicking out fake leaders and workers is entirely in line with God’s will; protecting well leaders and workers who are in line with God’s will, and preventing them from being subjected to the traps of satanic forces is even more in line with God’s will. While kicking out fake leaders and workers, no wrong should be done to a good person, nor can an evil person be let off. This is the only way to accurately carry things out according to the principles of the truth. Only this is truly upholding God’s work, and this kind of practice is beneficial for God’s chosen people. A good leader, a good worker, will love and protect God’s chosen people. So, God’s chosen people must also love and protect good leaders and good workers. This is the bounden duty of God’s chosen people.
