When he first started doing his duties, he was diligent and responsible in following up on group work. But as the workload increased, he chose to show consideration for his flesh and was unwilling to put in extra effort, satisfied with just passing on orders and issuing instructions. This led to a serious decline in work effectiveness. Only after being reminded by the upper leaders did he begin to reflect on himself. Through seeking the truth, he gained understanding of his corrupt nature of not doing real work, felt remorseful and guilty, and had true repentance.
