She has responsibility for the church's watering work, and later on Sister Carmen is assigned to work alongside her. Seeing that Carmen is more skilled, shares better fellowship on the truth, and takes a leading role in their work, she becomes concerned that Carmen will take her place. She begins ostracizing her and won't actively collaborate with her. She sees their watering work is suffering, but doesn't follow up on things or resolve issues, afraid that Carmen will get all the credit. As a result, their productivity continues to decline, and only then does she self-reflect and try to understand herself. What does she learn about herself?
