“The authority of God”
means that it is up to God.
God has the right to decide
just how something will be done,
and it is done in whatever way He wishes.
God decides the law of all things.
This law is not up to man
and man cannot alter it.
Can’t be moved by the will of man,
but it is changed by God’s thoughts, wisdom and orders.
