After believing in God, she often heard experiences from brothers and sisters about standing firm in their witness and receiving God's blessings amidst trials and tribulations. She firmly believed that by not complaining in adversity and maintaining her duties, she could receive God's grace and blessings. Later on, her son was suspected of having leukemia. While she tried to maintain her duties and not complain, her son's illness persisted. She became weak and negative, even complaining against God and rejecting a duty. The judgment in God's words prompted her to begin reflecting on herself. What gains did she achieve through these experiences?
