145 God’s Wisdom Comes Forth Based on Satan’s Plots

Verse 1

No matter how corrupt humanity grew,

or how the snake tempted them, too,

Jehovah still had His wisdom;

therefore, He has done new work since He created the world.

None of His steps have ever been repeated.

None of His steps have ever been repeated.

Chorus

God has battled Satan and has never been defeated.

The wise God has never been beaten.

For all of Satan’s plots He can see through,

and His wisdom comes forth based on its ruse.

Verse 2

Satan has continuously carried out plots.

Humanity continuously corrupts and rots

by the work of Satan, but Jehovah God

has also continuously worked as wise God.

He has never failed, and He has never ceased His work.

From creation through now, He has never ceased His work.

Chorus

God has battled Satan and has never been defeated.

The wise God has never been beaten.

For all of Satan’s plots He can see through,

and His wisdom comes forth based on its ruse.

Verse 3

In doing all this work, He has not only,

in spite of their corruption, allowed humanity

to receive His salvation, to see His wisdom

and authority and power, but He will also let them

in the end see His righteous disposition:

to punish the wicked and reward the good.

His righteous disposition!

Chorus

God has battled Satan and has never been defeated.

The wise God has never been beaten.

For all of Satan’s plots He can see through,

and His wisdom comes forth based on its ruse.

Bridge

He makes all things in heaven submit to His authority,

everything on earth rest below His feet.

The evil ones harassing man

will fall within His chastisement.

Heaven and earth then will see His almightiness,

His wisdom, and even more realness!

Chorus

God has battled Satan and has never been defeated.

The wise God has never been beaten.

For all of Satan’s plots He can see through,

and His wisdom comes forth based on its ruse.
