125 I Have Seen God’s Love

1

Oh Almighty God, it is You who loves me.

You have selected me from the filthy world

to return before You.

I enjoy Your words every day,

and have come to understand many truths.

Only now do I know why I was created,

and only now do I have a direction in life.

Oh Almighty God, I have seen Your love.

I want to fulfill my duty to repay it.

2

Oh Almighty God, You walk among the churches.

You have expressed truths

about our corrupt dispositions,

revealing the fact that despite our faith, we resist You.

You judge us for the essence and root cause

of our sins and rebellion against You.

Oh Almighty God, I have seen Your love.

I want to fulfill my duty to repay it.

3

Oh Almighty God, You have saved us.

Throughout adversity and suffering,

Your words have always been by my side.

Through trials and refinement,

I am consoled and guided by Your words.

It is Your judgment and purification that

have caused me to live out a new human likeness.

Oh Almighty God, I have seen Your love.

I want to fulfill my duty to repay it.
