138 Man Must Testify to God in Each Stage of His Work

Verse 1

The more man can cooperate with God,

the more man does give glory unto Him.

Man’s cooperation is the witness he must bear,

and this testimony is the practice of man.

Chorus

God’s entire management is made up of three stages.

Each stage, man is given requirements.

As ages pass and they progress, God’s demands become higher.

Step by step, God’s work reaches its climax,

till man sees the appearance of the Word in the flesh.

Thus, requirements of man are further increased,

as are demands of man to bear witness for Him.

Verse 2

In the past, man must fulfill the laws;

man had to be humble and be patient as well.

Now he is required to obey all God’s designs;

man must have a crowning love of God.

Verse 3

In the end, man must still love God

while he endures his tribulation.

These are the requirements God makes of man,

revealed gradually through His management.

Bridge

Each stage of God’s work goes deeper than the last,

the requirements of man growing ever more profound.

Thus, God’s whole management slowly takes shape.

Due to these ever higher demands,

man’s disposition grows ever closer

to the standards God requires.

Only then can man begin to be freed from Satan’s sway.

When God’s work becomes complete,

all of mankind will be saved from Satan’s influence.

Chorus

God’s entire management is made up of three stages.

Each stage, man is given requirements.

As ages pass and they progress, God’s demands become higher.

Step by step, God’s work reaches its climax,

till man sees the appearance of the Word in the flesh.

Thus, requirements of man are further increased,

as are demands of man to bear witness for Him, witness for Him.
