How Leaders and Workers Should Do Church Work (1)
Fellowship From the Brother Above – November 25, 2025 (Part Five)
Question 3: How should we follow up on the work of leaders, workers, and group leaders so that they can have more of a sense of burden in their duties?
Answer: What is the root cause of all of people’s problems and difficulties? It’s a lack of understanding of the truth. Then why do people lack a sense of burden in their duties? This too is because people do not understand the truth. They do not know the significance and value of doing their duties. Once they come to know and appreciate these things, they will have a sense of burden in their duty. Tell me, if people do not do a duty and just believe in God at home, like religious people who only go to church on Sundays, what can they gain? Can they gain the truth? (No.) Those who have no sense of burden in their duties cannot see this matter clearly, and they do not know what the significance of doing one’s duty is. In fact, doing a duty is God’s requirement for those who truly believe in Him. If you truly do your duty and can do it well, then you will have gained the truth. If you do not do a duty but just believe in God in your spare time, it will be very difficult for you to enter into the truth reality. In particular, since this stage of work in the last days will be very short, if you only go to gatherings in your belief in God but don’t do a duty, then you will not gain the truth or God’s salvation. This is how big the gap between those who do a duty and those who do not is. Even those who spend their days busy with their duties may not gain the truth, let alone those who do not do a duty at all! People who do not do a duty will not gain the truth even if they believe in Almighty God for twenty or thirty years. It can be said that such people are not much different from nonbelievers. Gaining the truth is different from learning a skill. A skill is a dead thing, and it is not the life. You can learn it in your spare time, and once you memorize the steps involved, you have learned it. But the truth is not a dead thing. The truth is life. It can only be gained through people’s practical experience. The deeper your experience, the more thoroughly you will understand the truth, and the more you will be able to gain the truth. If your experience is too shallow, you will not gain the truth. For example, regarding the truth of being honest, how many years of experience must a person go through before they can put it into practice and clear the lies from their mouth? Such a thing cannot be done in any less than seven or eight years. This is a conclusion I have reached through my own personal experience. One must experience the truth of being honest for at least seven or eight years. If the time of experience is too short, no result will be achieved. Perhaps under normal circumstances you don’t lie, but who knows when you might find yourself in a special situation and lie again—you can do so quite quickly and with ease. What is the problem here? Is this not because your stature is too small? You have not yet become truly honest. You are too adept at sophistry and fabricating lies. Resolving this requires further experiencing God’s judgment and chastisement, and pursuing the truth to know yourself. Therefore, just to clear the lies from your mouth, you cannot succeed without going through seven or eight years of experience. Also, how long does a person need to experience things before they can act with principles in their duty? The casting off of feelings alone requires three to five years of experience. If you cannot even cast off feelings, then your saying that you have come to act according to principles is empty talk. Your words and deeds will definitely be constrained by feelings, you will be unable to speak fairly, and you may even speak for the sake of Satan. Then your words will be adulterated, and you will lie and engage in deception. Therefore, if people do not cast off feelings, they cannot come to act according to principles. So, how many times must a person be pruned for them to cast off feelings? How many times must a person fail and stumble? One must go through at least three to five years of failing, stumbling, and being pruned before they can be unconstrained by feelings in their words and deeds. There is also harmonious cooperation, which you cannot achieve without three to five years of experience. How many problems need to be resolved to come to cooperate harmoniously with others? Must not people’s arrogance, self-righteousness, selfishness, and baseness all be resolved? You cannot resolve these corrupt dispositions without going through three to five years of experience, and so you cannot achieve harmonious cooperation with others. There is also the truth of submitting to God. How many years of experience must you go through before you can put this into practice? Just regarding God’s minimum requirement for man—the fulfillment of the duty that a created being ought to fulfill—you may not necessarily achieve submission even after three to five years of experience. So if you want to achieve true and absolute submission, to the point where you can submit no matter what happens, regardless of whether it aligns with your notions or not, you cannot achieve this without going through seven to eight years, or even a decade, of trials, refinement, and pruning. Tell me, can a person enter into these truths by believing in God in their spare time and only going to gatherings? If you only go to gatherings and do not do any duty at all, can you cast off your corrupt dispositions and achieve a change in life disposition? If you do not pursue the truth earnestly, you will gain very little even if you do a duty for seven or eight years, and you will not gain much truth, and that’s to say nothing of those who do not do a duty. If you do not do a duty and yet want to enter into these truths, then you’re dreaming! Tell me, without entering into these truths, can people live out normal humanity? (No.) If you have not entered into these truths, first, you will not be able to become an honest person. Your speech could often be mixed with lies, and contain words of disguise and deception. Your speech will not be up to standard. Second, you will be unable to come to act according to principles. Your words and deeds will always be based on personal feelings, lacking in any principle at all. Third, you will be unable to come to cooperate harmoniously with others. You will have no way to get along harmoniously with others. Fourth, you will be unable to truly submit to God. God calls for man to do the duty that a created being should do. If you even fail to submit and don’t do your duty, then you will be unworthy of being called a created being, and you will not possess conscience, reason, or normal humanity. Therefore, to enter into the truth reality and live out all that normal humanity has and is, a person cannot achieve results without experiencing God’s work for seven or eight years. This is not to say that you definitely cannot be saved if you have believed for one or two years, but at that stage, your stature is definitely very small, and you still fall far short of God’s requirements. Now, regardless of whether you have believed for three to five years, seven to eight years, or even ten to twenty years, do you dare to say that you have gained the truth? (No.) What is the minimum proof that a person has gained the truth? You must be able to shoulder God’s commission. If you are entrusted with the work of a church leader and you can shoulder it, if you are entrusted with the work of a district decision-making group and you can shoulder it, and if you are entrusted with the work of a pastoral area decision-making group and you can shoulder it—this alone shows that you have the truth reality. Then it would be appropriate to say that you can submit to God, have normal humanity, are honest, and that you can cooperate harmoniously with others. You would possess all these truth realities. If you cannot shoulder any work entrusted to you, then you have no truth reality at all. Can a person without the truth reality shoulder church work? Can they lead God’s chosen people to come to understand the truth? Can they lead God’s chosen people to submit to God’s orchestrations and arrangements? Can they lead God’s chosen people to do the work of spreading the gospel, and bring all those predestined and chosen by God in the area they are responsible for before God? Can you shoulder all this work? If you can shoulder and complete all of this work, then the statement that you have the truth reality holds water, and Satan will have nothing to say, and thus it will be shamed. If you cannot shoulder any work, then you have no truth reality. What is used to prove that a person has the truth reality? This is proven by the results of their work. How much work a person can do proves how much truth reality they have, and how much work a person can do proves how great their stature is. If you can lead the thirty to fifty people in a church well, so that your brothers and sisters all have life entry, this proves that you have some truth reality and stature. If you can lead the people of a district and do the work in all aspects quite well, then this proves that you have some truth reality and some stature. If you can do the work of a region or a pastoral area very well, then you are impressive. In this case, in both name and essence you definitely have the truth reality and are a pillar of the temple. Tell me, is using the fact of whether a person can do work a good method of proving whether they have the truth reality? (Yes.) Having the truth reality is not just talk, and you must be able to shoulder the work to prove that you have the truth reality. If you feel that you have stature and the truth reality, and you guarantee that you can do the work well if promoted, then you can volunteer yourself, and God’s house will give you the opportunity to be trained. If you cannot shoulder any work and make a mess of everything, then your claim that you have the truth reality is inaccurate, and nothing but talk. If you truly have the truth reality, how is it that you can’t shoulder the work? Do you think shouldering church work is as easy as people imagine? Do you know how many words must be spoken and how many gatherings must be held for the various tasks of the church to be done well? How many times must leaders and workers be pruned? How many people need to be elected or dismissed to achieve good results? Have you experienced the process involved in this? Over these years, who knows how many times leaders and workers in the Chinese churches have been dismissed and eliminated, and how many times re-elections have been held. So many leaders and workers have been dismissed and eliminated. Therefore, a person cannot shoulder the work just because they are elected as a leader or worker. If they have no devotion to their duty and not much truth reality, then they won’t last long even if they are elected, and sooner or later they will be reassigned or dismissed. There are quite a few people in the churches of various countries who are pursuing the truth. It looks like they have some truth reality and can do some work. But there are still some who always live in a negative state, have no devotion to their duty, and are irresponsible. If such people do not repent, they should be eliminated. If no suitable candidates can be found for the time being, they will have to do for now, but as soon as suitable candidates are found, they should be dismissed immediately. This is beneficial to the work.
You must know that the group of overcomers who will emerge from God’s chosen people in various countries will all be able to shoulder work. They will all be Christ’s good soldiers and pillars of the temple. Of course, when these people first start working, they may encounter difficulties that they do not know how to resolve because they lack the truth reality, and the results of their duty may not be very good. However, they always eat and drink God’s words, listen to sermons, and read the work arrangements of God’s house, finding some principles and paths from them, and gradually, they achieve results. As they understand more and more truths and grasp more and more principles, the results they achieve become better and better. No one can do the work exceptionally well right from the start, and it is by understanding the truth bit by bit and grasping principles bit by bit that the results of the work eventually become better and better. This is the normal pattern. This is the process that those who pursue the truth go through in their duty. However, if someone is not a right person and does not pursue the truth, then no matter how long they work, the results of their work will not improve, and they should be eliminated. It is like some people who don’t pursue the truth and constantly pursue status after they become leaders or workers. If anyone surpasses them, they want to suppress them. They want to stand out, hold power, and have the final say. Such is the mentality of an evil person. When a good person sees someone better than themselves, they are willing to cooperate harmoniously with them. They are willing to let all good people rise up to do work, and to let those with faith, work capability, and good caliber rise up to be leaders and workers. The mindset of a good person is: “The fact that you are better than me is a good thing. I applaud and approve of anyone who is better than me. I support and approve of anyone with good caliber and work capability being a leader. Even if they rise above me in status, I will not be jealous.” This alone is the mindset of a person with normal humanity. Some people do not have this mindset. When they see someone who is better than them or of higher status, they are always defiant and behind their backs they ask themselves, “How can I embarrass you? What can I use to make things difficult for you and make you look like a fool?” They always want to see others make a fool of themselves. Are they not devils? (They are.) They are devils and Satans. What they reveal is the disposition of Satan. If you truly have this kind of disposition inside you and do not resolve it, but always live by your corrupt disposition, God will detest you, and sooner or later you will be eliminated. Therefore, you must pray, “Oh God, I have discovered that I have a malicious heart. Why do I get jealous when I see someone better than me, and why do I always want to see them make a fool of themselves? Why do I wish for them to be dismissed? I don’t cooperate with them in any of the work they do, and instead, I undermine them and hold them back, wanting them to look foolish. Am I not a devil? Oh God, may You curse me, discipline me, and punish me. I am willing to accept the truth, repent, and change.” If you pray like this a few times, and God sees that you truly feel remorse and are truly willing to repent, then God will enlighten you to understand the truth. After this, your mindset will improve a little; it will no longer be the mindset of a devil, but will gradually become a mindset of normal humanity with conscience and reason. Then when you see others doing well again, you will say, “I am happy and approve when others do well. When others are not doing well and are distressed by difficulties, I too am distressed. Their distress is my distress, and their difficulties are my difficulties. I feel for them!” Treating people this way is having normal humanity, and people with conscience and reason can all treat others this way. Look at the reports on church life in various countries—some brothers and sisters applaud and embrace others when they see them bearing testimony for God. This is true mutual love. These are people with normal humanity, conscience, and reason. If such a person possesses the caliber to be a leader or worker, they can be a leader or worker. Their humanity is normal so they can do the work well. Therefore, to be a leader or worker, one should first resolve the corrupt dispositions within oneself to free themselves from jealousy, become able to treat everyone correctly and fairly, and become able to cooperate harmoniously with brothers and sisters. Is this not what one should enter into first? (It is.) Then what constrains people so that they cannot cooperate harmoniously with others in their work? Which practices most hinder people from cooperating harmoniously with others and fulfilling their duty with one heart and mind? Identify these practices and dissect what dispositions, thoughts, and views govern them. These dispositions, thoughts, and views harm and ruin people, and they will be the death of them. If these things are not resolved, then people cannot achieve harmonious cooperation with others to do their duty well. For example, being jealous of others is one aspect of a person’s revelation of corruption. If you discover a brother or sister who has better caliber than you, who, after reading God’s words, attains pure and enlightened comprehension, and who would definitely be better than you if they were a leader or worker, how should you treat them? Should you recommend them? (Yes.) If we discover a good person, we should recommend and cultivate them. We must never be jealous of the worthy and able, nor should we suppress or exclude talented people. To do church work well, leaders and workers must treat people justly and fairly. If they discover someone with good caliber, they should quickly promote and make use of them. If they discover someone who doesn’t do their duty in a way that is up to standard or someone who is not a right person, then they should quickly dismiss them. In this way, church work will become easier and easier. Do you understand? (Yes.) If you discover someone who has good caliber and comprehension ability, and whose humanity is particularly upright, but who has believed in God for too short a time and cannot yet shoulder work, then you should start by cultivating them. After a year or two, once they have acquired some experience, they can be promoted and used. When they have just started believing in God and do not understand anything, even if they have good caliber and comprehension ability, they cannot be promoted or made use of. At the very least, they must have believed in God for a year and they must have some experience. Then they can first be made a church leader or deacon and be cultivated and trained bit by bit. After they have worked for a while and the results they have brought about look quite good, then they can be promoted to a district decision-making group. If they can handle work independently in the district decision-making group, then they can be promoted to the position of a leader of the decision-making group. After they have believed in God for a few more years and have some stature, they can then go to the regional or pastoral area decision-making group. By cultivating and training them bit by bit in this way, they will become able to shoulder work. In short, whether it is in a church or a district, if a good person who pursues the truth and can shoulder work serves as a leader, the work of this church or district can be done well, and this good person can shoulder the work. Then tell me, wouldn’t people gain more truth by believing in God in such a church or district? (Yes.) Then who do the brothers and sisters in this church or district have to thank for gaining so much truth? They have this person who pursues the truth to thank, this person of good caliber who is exalted by God. With such a person fellowshipping the truth to you every day, you will gain a lot in your duty, you will have a path in pursuing the truth, and you will have principles in practicing the truth. The more you work, the brighter your heart will be, and the brighter the path you walk will be. Is this not the case? (It is.)
Besides treating people fairly and justly, another principle that leaders and workers are to follow in their work is that of knowing how to cultivate people. To cultivate people, you must choose a right person. If they are a right person and a person who pursues the truth, then cultivating them for one year will yield one year’s results, cultivating them for two years will yield two years’ results, and after cultivating them for three years, they will be able to work independently. This will mean that a right person was chosen. If you have cultivated someone for five years and they still cannot work independently, what is the problem? It shows that this person’s caliber is poor. Such a person can only shoulder one aspect of the work, and they cannot manage comprehensive work. They do not have that caliber or work capability. In this instance, you have chosen a wrong person and delayed the church’s work. Therefore, it is crucial to choose a right person to cultivate. Some people say, “I don’t care if the person chosen is right or not, or what their caliber is like, I will just treat them with love. Regardless of whether I have to support them for three, five, or even ten years, I will persist to the end.” Is it correct to say this? (No.) This is like trying to train a chicken to fly as high as an eagle. Can this be achieved? (No.) Why not? They both have wings, don’t they? Because a chicken does not have the caliber or inherent qualities of an eagle, no matter how high it flies, it will never fly as high as an eagle. If someone has poor caliber and you insist on cultivating them to become a leader or worker, can training them work? (No.) If their caliber is poor, it is useless for you to cultivate them. In cultivating people, you must choose people with caliber. Even if a person with good caliber does not understand much truth now and does not know how to do the work, after you cultivate and train them for a while, they will know how to do the work. Cultivating such a person is like training an eagle. An eagle can fly into the skies in less than a year, whereas a chicken will not, even if trained for ten years. Therefore, to cultivate people, you should first look at their caliber. You must look at whether they have comprehension ability, work capability, and discernment. You must look at all these aspects. Some people lack work capabilities. When they encounter a situation with many people and much work, they don’t know how to arrange the work. With so many people, they get confused about who’s suitable for what work and who’s suitable for what duty, and they cannot make arrangements. The more things there are, the more confused they get and the less they know what to do. Can such a person do the work? (No.) Some people get so anxious that they cry when there are many things and they cannot arrange them. This is having insufficient caliber. Can a person with insufficient caliber attain greater caliber by asking God for it? For example, they pray, “Oh God, the work is so complicated, and there are so many people. I don’t know how to arrange it all. Please give me a greater caliber so that I can arrange this work.” Is such a prayer effective? Some people say, “Praying like this shows faith. With faith, the work can gradually be done. There is no need to rush.” Is it correct to say this? (No.) So it’s wrong to have such great faith? (They do not know what things should be prayed for, and what things are preordained by God and cannot be changed.) Correct. These things are all preordained by God. People are born as they are. People can gain the truth by doing their duty and gradually experiencing God’s words, but a person’s caliber is preordained by God and no one can change it. Regarding things preordained by God, people must learn to seek God’s intentions and submit. For example, if your parents do not believe in God and try to stand in the way of your faith, and you pray, “Oh God, my parents are standing in the way of me believing in You and doing my duty. Please get rid of this situation,” is such a prayer good? (No. We must submit to God’s orchestrations and arrangements, and seek the truth and learn lessons in this situation.) This is a situation preordained by God, and God intends for you to learn from it. If you ask God to get rid of this situation He has preordained for you, is it not rebelling against God? (It is.) If you can learn from this situation and pray, “Oh God, Your intentions lie within this situation that has befallen me. I submit to Your orchestrations and arrangements. My parents do not believe in God and stand in the way of my belief, but I cannot listen to them. I must choose to follow You,” then you are praying correctly. When the time comes for God to arrange for you to do your duty, perhaps He will get rid of this situation for you. This is not something you prayed for, but something God arranged according to your faith. When you pray to God, you should seek to understand God’s intentions. You cannot unreasonably demand that God change everything He has arranged for you. It is of no use praying for God to change the people, events, and things He has arranged. Therefore, if people cannot do the work because of poor caliber, then there is no need to give them more time to be trained, nor is there any need to wait for God to give them greater caliber, for God will not do so. If they cannot do the work because they lack the truth, then this can be remedied through pursuing the truth and experiencing God’s work. This is because the truth is gained by people through gradually experiencing God’s work; it is not bestowed upon people by God at birth. However, for those with poor caliber, they are not suited to do the duty of a leader or worker and must be reassigned quickly. Do you understand this? (Yes.) Some people say, “If people gradually experience God’s work and gain the truth, won’t their problem of poor caliber be remedied? Can’t they do the duty of a leader or worker then?” Is this statement correct? If it takes them three to five years to gain the truth, who will do the work during this time? Won’t all the work be delayed? Therefore, leaders and workers with poor caliber must be reassigned quickly. Some people behaved quite well before becoming leaders. Everyone saw that they had faith and were enthusiastic in their pursuit, so they elected them as leaders. However, after they had worked for a while, I found that they had poor caliber, that they couldn’t see through anything, and that their comprehension was particularly distorted. Their serving as leaders delayed the life entry of God’s chosen people, so I reassigned them directly and had them do whatever duty they were suited for. Would you do this if you encountered such people? (We would be willing to practice in this way.) If you are afraid of offending or hurting people, or are constrained by feelings and cannot practice the truth, will it affect the church’s work and the spread of the gospel? (It will.) Some people see antichrists and evil people disturbing the church but do not deal with them. They are constrained by feelings and afraid of offending them. In the end, the church’s work is delayed, and God’s chosen people are harmed. Can they bear this responsibility? This is like seeing a venomous snake about to bite someone and instead of quickly dealing with it, you attempt to negotiate with the snake to convince it not to bite. Is this the right thing to do? (No.) This won’t work. When you see a venomous snake biting someone, you should cut off its head with a single decisive blow. Some people say, “That’s so cruel. We must also show love for the snake. We must negotiate with it to convince it not to bite.” Is this correct? (No, this is false compassion and lacks principle.) The snake is harming that person, yet you show it mercy and love. Is this not cruel to the person being bitten? This is not the time to show love. When it is time for ruthlessness, you must be ruthless. If a snake wants to harm someone, you must cut off its head with a single decisive blow. Therefore, if there are evil people disturbing the church, you must deal with them. If there are Satans misleading God’s chosen people, you must expose them. Do not be afraid of offending them. However, when it is necessary to use wisdom with them, you must do so, but you must ensure that Satan’s schemes do not succeed, and you must protect your brothers and sisters. To safeguard the church’s work, you must have a sense of justice. When a choice must be made, you must make it, and when measures must be taken, you must take them. If leaders and workers cannot adhere to principles, can they accord with God’s intentions? (No.) God will not approve of such people. You see, over the years the Chinese churches have dealt with countless false leaders, false workers, disbelievers, evil people, and antichrists. Starting from 2012, I have successively issued work arrangements for cleansing the church to the churches in mainland China. Wherever there are antichrists and evil people misleading people, if the leaders and workers are irresponsible and do not expel them or clear them out in time, they will all be dismissed as false leaders and false workers. After the work arrangements were issued, the churches began to implement them. Antichrists and evil people who disturbed the churches were expelled, and those who stole offerings or acted as Judases were also cleared out directly. Disbelievers who had believed in God for several years but did not read God’s words, fellowship the truth, or do any duty at all were also all cleared out. The churches in mainland China have been cleansing away people like this over the years, and wave after wave of people have been eliminated. In addition to those who were cleared out and expelled, there were also disbelievers who were revealed and eliminated due to the arrests and persecution carried out by the great red dragon. Some of them withdrew out of fear of being arrested, and some, after being arrested, signed the Three Statements or acted as Judases and sold out the interests of God’s house. These people were revealed and eliminated. In fact, many people appeared to be quite enthusiastic before they were arrested, and could truly suffer and pay a price in their duty. Some were even leaders and workers. But after they were arrested, they clung to life and feared death, and they were unable to withstand torture, so they signed the Three Statements and became Judases. Only a few people who were loyal to God stood firm in their testimony. They refused to betray God even at the cost of their own lives. Therefore, when God’s work ends, only a few who truly believe, are loyal to God, and pursue the truth will be able to stand firm. Most people will be eliminated. Quite a few overseas Chinese have also been cleared out and expelled over the years. Those who brought about disruptions and disturbances to their duty, and who consistently muddled through and freeloaded, were all cleared out or expelled. These people were all those who did not accept the truth and were averse to the truth. So tell me, what percentage of people who believe in God truly pursue the truth? (Ten percent.) The proportion of people in the Chinese churches who pursue the truth is at most one-third. This one-third are sincerely striving toward the truth, while the remaining two-thirds will be cut off. Those among the Chinese who truly pursue the truth are a minority. Then what percentage of people in the churches outside of China sincerely believe in God and pursue the truth? Could it be two-thirds? If it is, then the remaining one-third are to be eliminated and should be gradually cleansed from the church. The churches in various countries overseas have not yet begun the work of cleansing. In another two or three years, when evil people come out to cause disruptions and disturbances, or when antichrists and false christs come out to mislead people, the cleansing can begin. These people are precisely those who should be cleansed from the church and eliminated. There are also some disbelievers, who are only nominal believers, and they too must be cleared out. What is a nominal believer? It is someone who, after finding God, does not do a duty, does not attend gatherings often, and speaks and acts just like a nonbeliever. Such people are nominal believers, and they should be eliminated. When a church is first established and everyone has just started believing in God, the various types of people have not yet been revealed, so the church does not do the work of cleansing. After they have believed in God for three to five years and some have been revealed, the work of cleansing must be done. Some people say when they first start believing in God, “Oh, I can’t do a duty. My family situation won’t allow it. I want to earn money, find a partner, and get married.” It is normal for new believers to have these problems, but if they still haven’t resolved these problems after believing in God for three to five years and still do not do any duty at all, then they are in danger. They do not accept or pursue the truth. If they even cause disruptions and disturbances, then it is time for them to be cleared out. Those who do evil and bring about disturbances, and those who covet the world and do not do any duty at all, will be revealed and eliminated. These people will die unwittingly in disasters. As for those who pursue the truth, they will be promoted and cultivated bit by bit. They constantly experience God’s work as they do their duty, and gradually, they gain the truth and are perfected.
Some leaders and workers in the churches of various countries do not accept pruning. This is a serious problem. Go and look at the Chinese churches—is there any leader or worker who does not accept pruning? After many years of pruning, most Chinese believers are well-behaved, and even if the pruning is heart-piercing, they can accept and submit to what is being said. This is because they know that pruning is for their benefit, and that if they don’t accept being pruned, they cannot gain the truth. Therefore, the most basic requirements for leaders and workers are to be able to accept being pruned and submit to the truth; otherwise, you cannot be a leader or worker. If someone exposes you or points out your problems and you are defiant, get angry, feel resistant, or rebel, then you lack submission entirely. Such a person is no different from a nonbeliever. Therefore, if any leader or worker does not do their work well and they don’t accept being pruned either, then they are not suited to be a leader or worker. If they show remorse, they can be given another chance. However, if they do not recognize their problems and instead condemn others, thinking that they are attacking them, and they show no repentance at all, then they should just be dismissed immediately. If they are not dismissed, work will be delayed. In addition, leaders and workers are not allowed to form cliques for the sake of self-interest or engage in factional disputes, because this seriously disrupts and disturbs the work of God’s house, and is something God detests and hates. The ruling parties of the nonbelieving world all have infighting; they all form gangs and factions and form cliques for personal interest. Such things are not allowed in God’s house. In God’s house, the truth reigns. God’s house does not center on any person; it centers on Christ. Christ is the head of the Church. If you form a personal gang or clique, this is the practice of an antichrist, and you are a devil and a Satan, so you must be expelled. Is this clear? (Yes.) Are there leaders and workers in the churches around the world who do not pursue the truth? (Yes.) For those who do not pursue the truth or do real work, we can fellowship the truth with them to help them a few times and give them a chance to repent. If they still do not do their work properly, they should be dismissed, and people who pursue the truth should be elected to replace them as leaders and workers. Those who do not pursue the truth or do real work should have some sense of reason and voluntarily resign. Do not hoard the position and delay the work of God’s house. If you refuse to step down from the position of leader for the sake of your reputation and status, and as a result hinder the life entry of brothers and sisters and impede the church’s work, are you not harming God’s chosen people and God’s house? Where is your conscience? Where is your sense of reason? Such people are truly selfish and base, and have no conscience or reason!
