Fellowship From the Brother Above – October 15, 2025 (Part Seven)

Question 13: As a leader responsible for gospel work, I often feel that I haven’t done my duty well, that I haven’t satisfied God’s intentions, and that I’ve rarely experienced God’s judgment and chastisement. I feel unable to lead my brothers and sisters according to God’s intentions. What truths should I equip myself with so that I can have more faith in my duty?

Answer: If you are lacking in too many truths, is this a problem that can be solved by equipping yourself with just one truth? That’s not realistic. You need to equip yourself with many truths. So, which aspect of the truth should you start with? Right now, you feel that you haven’t done your duty well. So, do you want to do it well? Whether you are a church leader or a district leader, if you feel that you haven’t done your duty well or satisfied God’s intentions, then you must strive to do your duty in a way that is both good and up to standard. You need to focus on doing your duty in whatever way achieves results and satisfies God’s chosen people. Just focus on applying yourself diligently to your duty, resolving the problems that exist within it, and doing everything you can to achieve good results. For example, if your gospel work is consistently failing to get results, then where does the problem lie? It’s that you don’t have a thorough understanding of the truths of visions, and you don’t know how to fellowship on them. So, what are the key truths of visions that must be fellowshipped on to preach the gospel? Can you fellowship on the truth of the incarnation? Can you fellowship on the truth of the three stages of work? Can you fellowship on the truth of the judgment of the last days? Why must God do the work of judgment? What results is it meant to achieve? Can people submit to God if their corrupt dispositions are not cleansed? Can people have a God-fearing heart without knowing God’s disposition? Can people attain salvation if they don’t experience judgment and chastisement? The final stage of God’s management plan—the work of judgment—is to perfect a group of people who are of one heart and mind with God. So, by what means is this achieved? It is achieved through God becoming incarnate to express the truth. In the last days, Almighty God does the work of judgment by expressing the truth, and these truths bring about judgment, cleansing, and reverence in people. The truth is the life of God, and it represents God’s disposition, righteousness, and holiness. Every aspect of the truth is judgment upon man. Therefore, you must clearly fellowship on the truth that God has become incarnate in the last days to do the work of judgment with the truth. You must also understand the truth regarding why God has to become incarnate and descend in secret to do this stage of work. God accomplishes this stage of work in a completely normal humanity in order to reveal all people and sort them according to their kind. Only those who accept the truth can gain God’s salvation of the last days, while all who do not are revealed and eliminated. Therefore, God becoming flesh to do the work of judgment is His wisdom and reveals His almightiness. His work in the flesh is not supernatural at all. He completes His management plan within a normal humanity, ultimately perfecting a group of overcomers, a group of people who are of one heart and mind with Him. His great work is accomplished, and this is what shames Satan most. All mankind is deeply corrupt. They revere evil and are averse to the truth. Even the majority of those who believe in the Lord do not love the truth. What do they focus on? They focus on seeing signs and wonders. If God does not perform signs and wonders, no matter how many truths He expresses, people do not acknowledge Him as God. But God does not perform signs and wonders in His work of the last days. Instead, He has become incarnate and expresses the truth within a normal humanity. The Lord Jesus said: “My sheep hear My voice” (John 10:27). Upon reading the truths expressed by Almighty God, God’s sheep can recognize that He is God, and they are able to accept Him and follow Him. This is preordained by God, and it cannot be hindered by any person or force. Ever since God appeared and began His work in the last days, the great red dragon has been constantly suppressing and persecuting The Church of Almighty God in a futile attempt to stamp out God’s work. The antichrist forces of the religious world have also been frantically condemning and resisting God, spreading rumors that Almighty God is just an ordinary person. They thought that by doing this, no one would believe in Almighty God, and that The Church of Almighty God would just fizzle out and die on its own. But what has been the outcome of this? In just thirty short years, the kingdom gospel of God has not only spread throughout mainland China, but also throughout the entire world as well. Today, The Church of Almighty God has been established in more than one hundred countries. Most of God’s chosen people in those countries have established a foundation on the true way. They have begun to focus on experiencing the judgment and chastisement of God’s words, and on pursuing the truth and life entry. Many of God’s chosen people have borne testimonies of overcoming Satan. This is the result achieved by God’s work. God’s work cannot be hindered or stamped out by any satanic force. God is forever victorious and glorious, and Satan is forever defeated and shamed. Therefore, the key to preaching the gospel is to testify to God’s work of the last days and to the results of the incarnate God’s work. Once you have properly equipped yourself with these key truths of visions, you will be able to achieve results in your preaching of the gospel.

Most of God’s chosen people in the countries around the world are of pretty good caliber. Their ability to comprehend the truth is quite pure, and they are driven in their pursuit of the truth. It’s no simple thing for people to be able to accept the truth. These people are truly good. They are God’s sheep, people of God’s kingdom, and they are blessed. That’s why I say that I will personally water these newcomers. I must water them well and bring them into the truth reality as quickly as possible. I am determined to do this. In some countries, the newcomers have already entered into the truth reality and can do the work of the church independently. The Chinese brothers and sisters who have been doing the work of supporting and watering in these places can now leave. Perhaps a few individuals might say, “No, we can’t work independently yet! We can’t manage without our Chinese brothers and sisters!” Why not? With your current stature, all you need is a period of training. Besides, the more you feel you can’t carry on independently, the more you must seek the truth and pray to and rely on God. If you rely on God and seek the truth, after a period of experience, you will naturally be able to work independently. Is this not the case? (It is.) So, you cannot be without faith. You must have the resolve to cooperate with God, and you must pray to and rely on God more. Whether the people in a certain place can work independently depends on whether the leaders and workers there have resolve and are willing to rely on God. There are people of good caliber in all the churches now—it’s just that they haven’t believed in God for very long. If they continue in their faith for another three to five years, establish a firm foundation, and enter into a bit of the truth reality, they will all be capable of being leaders. This is because these people are of good character, truly thirst for the truth, and genuinely strive toward the truth. Just based on that drive they have to pursue the truth, it’s clear they are God’s sheep and the ones God has predestined. This is absolutely right. People like this will be able to work independently after a few years of experience. Remember, whenever you encounter difficulties in your duty or work, pray to God and seek the truth. No matter how great the difficulty, don’t be disheartened or negative. As long as you pray to God more, look to God more, and seek the truth more, you can overcome any obstacle. After you have overcome a few obstacles by praying to God and seeking the truth, you will gradually gain stature. By training yourself and experiencing God’s work in this way, you will gradually become able to gain the truth and enter into the truth reality. From now on, you should learn lessons in all things and seek the truth in all things. If you persist in seeking the truth for a year, you will be able to resolve many problems, and your stature will grow quickly. So, to gain the truth, should you not suffer a bit? (We should.) It’s right to be able to suffer. In the end, you will be able to gain the truth, and this suffering will have been worthwhile. Remember, if you learn lessons in all things and seek the truth in all things, there are no problems that cannot be solved and no obstacles that cannot be overcome.

Question 14: Every time I see that my brothers and sisters haven’t finished their work by the deadline, I follow up with them. But most of the time, they’re pretty unwilling to open up and talk about their states, which makes it hard for me to discover the problems and difficulties they are having in their work. Seeing that the work is consistently making no progress, I’ve also become more and more negative. I’d like to seek how I can cooperate with my brothers and sisters in a way that allows us to be open with each other, help each other, and do our duty well together.

Answer: If leaders and workers become negative and weak when they encounter such situations, then it will be difficult to drive the work forward. Facing these situations requires a person to have vigor, faith, and perseverance. You must take the initiative and proactively think of ways to motivate your brothers and sisters. Some brothers and sisters do their duties pretty well. They can endure hardship and pay a price, and they are also devoted. You can find the experiential testimonies of these people and share them with everyone. These will inspire them, and they will find a path forward from them. Is this not a path forward? (It is.) You must quickly find these good experiential testimonies from brothers and sisters and use these most practical and best testimonies to inspire people’s faith. This will get the brothers and sisters motivated. In addition, if there is anyone who consistently refuses to accept the truth, then you must quickly dismiss and reassign them. After that, you need to quickly promote those among the brothers and sisters who are of good caliber and who pursue the truth. Once you have promoted a good person who pursues the truth, since they have a real zeal for pursuing the truth and doing their duty, if you let them lead the work, the work will get off the ground and start making progress. Is this not a path forward? (Yes.) Can a dead person lead a church? (No.) Then what do I mean when I say “a dead person”? (It refers to someone who doesn’t accept the truth.) Some people are lukewarm in their faith. In their duty, they are unwilling to pursue the truth and don’t want to suffer or pay a price, yet they still fantasize about receiving blessings and rewards. These people are lukewarm in their faith. In God’s eyes, a person who is lukewarm is dead, and God will abandon and eliminate them. Just as it is said in the Book of Revelation: “So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of My mouth” (Revelation 3:16). Look among the leaders and workers for whoever is the most negative and lifeless. In their work, they always spread negativity and death, and they always cause disruptions. You must quickly eliminate them and promote brothers and sisters who have faith, vitality, and experience to be leaders and workers. In this way, the work will make progress. If leaders and workers in a church are too lifeless, they can’t do the work. You must replace them with someone who has life and vigor for the church’s work to be done well. Therefore, it is so important to select people who pursue the truth to be leaders and workers! If you want to do the church’s work well, you must promote those who have faith, life force, and vigor, and eliminate those who are lifeless. This is what’s most crucial. So, do you know what it means to be extremely lifeless? It means there is nothing positive or active about a person. They give off nothing but negativity and lifelessness. They are not right people, and they do not pursue the truth. They have long been without the work of the Holy Spirit. Such a person should be eliminated. If you don’t dismiss them, the work cannot progress. By occupying a leader’s position, they will absolutely hinder and disrupt the work. Quickly dismiss such people! It’s like hitching an old, sick ox to a cart. Can that cart carry a heavy load? Can it get moving? (No.) You have to choose a strong ox to pull the cart. Only then can the cart carry a heavy load and get moving. Do you understand this issue? (Yes.)

Question 15: We, the church members in the Philippines, have begun to operate independently. This is a good thing for us, as it allows us to experience God’s words more and grow faster. But when I think about having to independently take on the work of three districts without the watering of our Chinese co-workers, I lose faith and feel weak. How should I face this?

Answer: The person who asked this question is beginning to train in working independently, and this is a good thing. However, they have no faith and feel they can’t handle the work of three districts. What’s the issue here? Why do they feel weak and lacking in faith? What are they lacking? They lack the truth. So, if you lack the truth and have no faith to do the work, you can find someone who does understand the truth to cooperate with you. There’s a Chinese saying, “An able man needs the support of three other people.” Look among your brothers and sisters for someone who has the truth reality, someone who can cooperate with you and is able to get work done, and ask them to be your helper. Won’t that solve half the problem? (It will.) Also, you are in charge of the work in three districts. How are the leaders of these three districts? Are they right people? Do they pursue the truth? A district leader is the head of a district. If you properly make adjustments for the position of district leader by selecting right people and people who pursue the truth to be the district leaders, then the work in that district will take off. Is this not the case? (It is.) To do the work well, the main thing is to get the leaders and workers properly adjusted. First, quickly dismiss leaders and workers who are lifeless, because this lifelessness of theirs will impact others. As soon as they interact or speak with people, they tend to spread lifelessness. Perhaps others originally had some zeal in their duty, but after listening to them, they become negative and lose all their drive. Is this not a problem? The negative impact of someone who’s lifeless is immense. It’s like they have a contagious disease: Whoever comes into contact with them becomes negative, and whoever interacts with them loses their drive. If things carry on like this, all the chosen people they lead will become negative, and it will be impossible to get work done. So, quickly dismiss those who are lifeless and replace them with people who have vitality and vigor to take on the work. In all my years of working, whenever I find a leader or worker who lacks vigor and doesn’t pursue the truth, I dismiss them. For every one I find, I eliminate them. I dismiss and eliminate anyone who doesn’t pursue the truth. That’s how I work, and the work results get better and better. What do you think of my fellowship on this matter? Is this problem now easy to solve? (Yes.) So, does the person who asked this question now have a path forward? (Yes.) In one respect, if you lack the truth, you must quickly equip yourself with it. When you encounter difficulties, pray to God and seek the truth, and the Holy Spirit will enlighten and guide you. In another, sometimes it takes too long to equip yourself with the truth alone, so you should find someone who understands the truth to cooperate with you. This can also help you compensate for what you lack. Additionally, the most crucial thing is that you must get the leaders and workers within your scope of responsibility properly adjusted. Select right people and people who pursue the truth to do the work. The work will naturally become easier to do, and the results will naturally get better and better.

Question 16: The results of gospel work in our church have been consistently poor. I realize that the main reason for this is my inability to help my brothers and sisters solve their problems. I feel like a false leader. My caliber is poor, my life entry is not good, and sometimes I feel weak in my duty. How can I turn this situation around?

Answer: You become negative and weak because the results of your gospel work have been poor. Can that solve the problem? (No.) What is the main reason for these poor results? Have you ever pondered this question? Do you know where you fall short? (It’s mainly that I don’t have a thorough understanding of the truths of visions.) In your gospel work, you need to know that most people don’t have the truth, nor do they know how to fellowship on the truth. They can only speak words and doctrines, and the words and doctrines they speak are just rigid, dead words, not everyday language. As a result, they can’t fellowship clearly when preaching the gospel, and people don’t understand what they are saying. If people don’t understand the truth, they can’t fellowship clearly on anything. How can you preach the gospel if you can’t even fellowship on the truths of visions thoroughly? So, do you have any other way to preach the gospel? (Yes.) You can just read God’s words to them, or have them watch our church’s experiential testimony videos, gospel movies, and hymn and dance videos. The resources available for preaching the gospel on the church’s website are abundant and comprehensive. You can select what’s suitable for them to watch, and this can also achieve results. Every gospel movie they watch and every experiential testimony video they see can resolve some of their notions and problems. Then, if they read a few passages of Almighty God’s words, all their problems will be solved. This is a way to preach the gospel even without having the truth: Just read God’s words to them and use the videos from God’s house to resolve their notions and problems. You also have to learn to cultivate talented people for preaching the gospel. You need to find people of good caliber and form a gospel team that specifically preaches to religious people. Then, in each church, form a gospel team that specifically preaches to the relatives and friends of brothers and sisters. After you have found these talented people, you must continuously water and supply them with the truths of gospel preaching, so that they understand them, know how to preach the gospel, know how to resolve people’s notions, and know how to deal with negative propaganda. When they go out to preach the gospel then, will they not get results? If you don’t water the brothers and sisters with these truths and just give them pep talks, it’s completely useless. The difficulty they are facing is that they can’t resolve the notions and problems of religious people. You have to start with the truth. Only by properly watering and equipping them with the truth can you solve their problems. Think about it, what does an army prepare when it goes to war? (Provisions and weapons.) Today’s armies are different from those of the past; they use modern weapons. So, you must first teach the soldiers how to use these modern weapons. If soldiers don’t know how to use modern weapons and can only use simple, conventional weapons, they will surely be defeated. So how do you solve this problem? You have to find people who understand advanced technology to train the soldiers and teach them to use advanced weapons. This greatly increases the chances of winning. We have so many truths that can be used for preaching the gospel. Do you know how to water people with these truths? If you don’t know how to water or train gospel workers, can’t lead them to become well equipped with the truths of gospel preaching, and can’t teach them how to use the truth to testify and how to preach the gospel to gain people, then you are utterly useless as a gospel commander or a leader. You are useless and should be dismissed and eliminated. Therefore, if the gospel work in the area you are responsible for is not getting results, you must figure out the reasons. If it’s because no one can answer the questions raised by religious people, then you should seek the truth regarding these questions. Find the relevant words of God and experiential testimonies for everyone to read, and then fellowship on these truths until they are thoroughly understood. When they encounter similar problems again in their preaching of the gospel, will they not then be able to answer them? Won’t their preaching of the gospel achieve results? So, for whatever question religious people ask that you can’t answer, you must quickly equip yourselves with the truth and use the truth to solve the problem. The first step in preaching the gospel is to read God’s words to potential gospel recipients and fellowship on the truth. The next step is to have them watch videos—be these movies or experiential testimony videos. So long as it’s suitable for them and can solve their problems, you can have them watch them. The third step is to send God’s words to potential recipients for them to read on their own. If you feel that you’re clumsy with words and can’t fellowship on the truth, then just send the relevant words of God to them and have them read these passages on their own. Practicing this way can also achieve some results. If you don’t understand these specific paths for preaching the gospel, and if you don’t know how to work in this way or how to equip God’s chosen people with the truths for preaching the gospel, then are you not a false leader? You must therefore diligently equip yourself with the truth. In gospel work, watering God’s chosen people so they understand the truths of preaching the gospel is of the utmost importance. The biggest difficulty in preaching the gospel is not understanding the truth and not knowing how to fellowship on the truth to solve problems when they arise. Once you truly understand the truth, even pastors won’t be able to refute you, and as soon as you fellowship on the truth, they will be truly convinced. They will see that you are someone to be reckoned with, and they won’t dare to act all high and mighty with you. If they still refute or question you, you can then ask them a few questions. When they can’t answer, they will be shamed and be left with nothing more to say. When you have equipped yourself with the truth to the point where you can fellowship on the truth to answer any question a potential gospel recipient raises, making them not dare to look down on you, belittle you, or question you, and in the end, they even have to admire you—won’t you have understood the truth? Will your preaching of the gospel not yield results? Are the issues raised by those of the religious world really that difficult to solve? All their problems are easy to solve. God’s house has readily prepared passages of God’s words and gospel resources to answer their questions. If gospel workers don’t know how to answer these questions, then have them read and memorize these words of God and resources every day, and then practice with one another each day. How do you practice with one another? You can do so in pairs. One person asks a question, and the other answers. Then, do it the other way around. Whoever doesn’t answer well can review the materials and try again. Just practice with each other like this. After practicing for a long time, they will have memorized how to answer these questions, and when they go out to preach the gospel again, it will get results. This is what we call a gospel preaching boot camp. Get well-trained before you go out onto the battlefield. Then you won’t be afraid even if you encounter pastors or doctors of theology with extensive knowledge of the Bible. You can say, “You may understand the Bible, but I understand the truths expressed by Almighty God. These truths are a hundred times higher than the little bit of truth you understand in the Bible. I’m not afraid of you!” The words of Almighty God are the highest truths, and they are higher than all biblical knowledge and theological theories. This is beyond a shadow of a doubt. So, do you know how to organize a gospel preaching boot camp? (Yes.) This kind of boot camp is good. In the future, those who water the churches should also start training people in this way. First, water them with the truths of preaching the gospel. Once these truths have been thoroughly watered, you can fellowship on the truths of life entry. This is the most practical path to equip oneself with the truth.
