369 Those in Darkness Should Rise Up

Verse 1

For thousands of years, this has been the land of filth,

awfully dirty, misery abounds,

with ghosts freely roaming every corner.

The ghosts trick, deceive, make groundless accusations,

are ruthless, vicious, trampling this ghost town,

leaving it all littered with dead bodies.

Chorus

Now is the time: People have long since

gathered all their strength, devoted all their efforts,

to tear off the hideous face of this demon.

This’ll allow those blinded who endured

every manner of suffering, hardship,

to rise up from their pain

and turn their backs on this evil old devil.

Verse 2

Decay’s stench pervades. The land is heavily guarded.

Who can see the world beyond the skies?

How could people of this ghost town have seen God?

Have they ever enjoyed God’s dearness, loveliness?

Do they appreciate the world’s matters?

Which one of them understands God’s eager will?

Chorus

Now is the time: People have long since

gathered all their strength, devoted all their efforts,

to tear off the hideous face of this demon.

This’ll allow those blinded who endured

every manner of suffering, hardship,

to rise up from their pain

and turn their backs on this evil old devil.

Verse 3

Why put before God’s work an impenetrable barrier?

Why use various tricks to deceive God’s folk?

Where’s true freedom, legal rights and interests?

Where is the fairness? Where’s the comfort and the warmth?

Why use devious schemes to trick God’s people?

Why use such force to suppress God’s coming?

Chorus

Now is the time: People have long since

gathered all their strength, devoted all their efforts,

to tear off the hideous face of this demon.

This’ll allow those blinded who endured

every manner of suffering, hardship,

to rise up from their pain

and turn their backs on this evil old devil.

Verse 4

Why hound God until He has nowhere to rest His head?

How could doing this not incite fury?

Thousands of years of hate are amassed in the heart,

millennia of crimes are inscribed upon the heart.

How could all this not inspire loathing?

Avenge God, totally end His enemy.

Chorus

Now is the time: People have long since

gathered all their strength, devoted all their efforts,

to tear off the hideous face of this demon.

This’ll allow those blinded who endured

every manner of suffering, hardship,

to rise up from their pain

and turn their backs on this evil old devil.
