He was a preacher, and when he saw that certain church leaders were proactive in doing their duties and could do some real work, influenced by his own imaginings, he blindly trusted these leaders without following up or inquiring about their work. Even when brothers and sisters offered reminders, he dismissed them, resulting in delays in the church's work. Through reading God's words, he began to discern the view of "Neither doubt those you employ nor employ those you doubt," and became willing to supervise and follow up on work based on the truth principles.
