107 Follow Christ Along the Path of the Light

1 This generation of ours is so lucky; we have the good fortune to meet with Christ, and to return to the house of God. We eat and drink of God’s words every day, and thereby come to understand the truth, and have gained discernment. We have distanced ourselves from the tide of evil, we are no longer obsessed with celebrities, we have stopped chasing after illusory dreams, we are not poisoned by Satan’s philosophies anymore, and our worries and suffering have gradually dispersed. Every line of God’s words is the truth; the more we read of them, the more enlightened we grow. We have God’s words to water, provide for, and lead us: How happy we are to live before God! We dedicate the most beautiful hymns to lovable God, praising Him unto eternity.

2 Personally shepherded by Christ, we live by God’s words, and our lives gradually grow; each day, the judgment of God’s utterances cleanses us of corruption. Though it makes us suffer, there is sweetness in our hearts: Finally, our corruption has been purified, we are now without falsehood and pretense, we are no longer arrogant and impulsive, and deep down we are able to love and submit to God. We have been cleansed by Christ of the last days, and He has freed us from Satan’s influences. We have God’s words to water, provide for, and lead us: How happy we are to live before God! We dedicate the most beautiful hymns to lovable God, praising Him unto eternity.

3 At every step, God’s words have guided us to adulthood. We have shed deception and treachery to become honest people beloved by God; we have savored so much of God’s love, and in our hearts, we feel a greater attachment to Him. We are resolved to seek the truth, fulfill our duties, and repay God’s love. It is our great fortune to be following Christ of the last days; the path forward is ever brighter, and no matter how many ups and downs there are along the way, we vow to remain faithful unto death in completing God’s commission. We are all of one accord: To spread the kingdom gospel, we shall give our all. No matter how many ups and downs there are along the way, we vow to remain faithful unto death in completing God’s commission.
