As a result, the main character thinks she must be a lover and seeker of the truth. Later on, due to her unreasonable and vexatious behavior, as well as her unwillingness to accept the truth, Sheila is asked to isolate and reflect on herself. This leaves the main character feeling confused: What is unreasonable and vexatious behavior? What does it mean to really know oneself? Through seeking the truth, she finds the answers in God's words.
