After Sister Fay joins the team, she finds that Fay has good caliber, is capable in work, and is able to resolve problems through her fellowship on the truth. Brothers and sisters start going to Fay with their problems, leaving the main character feeling like her position is threatened. She does everything she can think of to compete against Fay, and is determined to surpass her. This hinders the work of the church. Through the revelations of God's words, she gains some understanding of the root of her drive to fight for name and gain and is able to cast off these shackles of Satan.
