The main character had a role in a film before, but the filming ended in failure because he rigidly clung to his own ideas and wouldn't seek the principles. His duty was changed and he went to share the gospel. Now after two years, he's been told to try out for another part. He thinks that because of his previous failure, success this time isn't guaranteed. If he fails again, it will not only add to his transgressions, but it will delay him sharing the gospel and preparing good deeds. He feels resistant to it and doesn't want to submit. Later, through reading God's words, he sees the root of his unwillingness to submit and is able to make a change.
