In 2018, the CCP targeted the main character's church to arrest its members. Multiple gathering sites were under police surveillance and had to be moved as soon as possible. When she sees the supervisor hasn't made arrangements to properly move all the gathering places, she brings this to her attention, but is surprised to be rebuked by her. Wanting to protect her own prestige and status, she decides to turn a blind eye for the sake of her own interests. A few days later, the supervisor and several other brothers and sisters are arrested. She's overcome with regret. Through the judgment and chastisement of God's words, she sees that she lives by satanic philosophies like "Sensible people are good at self-protection," and that she is being incredibly selfish, despicable, and lacking in humanity. She's filled with regret and hates herself, and resolves to practice the truth and protect the work of God's house in the future. When she faces a similar situation a few months later, is she able to set her own interests aside and practice the truth? Find out in Practice the Truth to Live Out a Human Likeness.
