The main character wanted to give advice and help to her coworker after noticing her revealing a corrupt disposition and constraining others. However, she was afraid that she would not accept her advice and even become biased against her, so she stayed silent time after time. One time when sharing states, her coworker pointed out that she had a severe people-pleaser disposition, and rarely pointed out others' problems. Only then did she start to seek the truth to reflect on herself. Through reading God's words, she came to have some understanding of herself and learned how to interact with others.
