The main character throws herself into expending herself nonstop after finding her faith in God. She therefore believes that she is devoted to God and will surely get into the kingdom of heaven. But then one day, a test reveals that she has cancer. She is overcome with misunderstandings about God and filled with blame for God, and plunged into misery…. Through experiencing the judgment and revelations of God's words, she comes to understand that the sacrifices she's made and her expending herself was all done to obtain blessings—she was making deals with God, using Him and trying to cheat Him. She is struck with remorse and self-reproach, and wishes to repent and change. After going through this disease, what understanding does she come to, and what harvest does she reap?
