Following words to live by such as "Keeping silent on the faults of good friends makes for a long and good friendship," and "Never hit people below the belt," she is able to make quite a few friends, but after gaining her faith, she realizes that these satanic philosophies are driving her to live without a human likeness. When she discovers problems in brothers and sisters that need to be exposed and fellowshiped on, she lightly glosses over them out of fear that others will say she's lacking love. This ends up harming brothers' and sisters' lives and damaging the church's interests. She finally sees that what's behind her "love" is actually a hidden motive to protect her own image and status. She sees how crooked, cunning, selfish, and despicable she is, and learns how she can actually help people out of love.
