277 Determined to Follow God

1 I’ve been so deeply corrupted by Satan; I hardly have any human likeness. Through the harsh revelations of God’s words, I’ve seen the ugliness of my corruption. Arrogant and full of a satanic disposition, I’m really not worthy of living before God. Without God’s mercy and salvation, how could I be here today? It’s God’s judgment that has saved me; I am determined to follow God.

2 My satanic nature is so deeply rooted, making me rebel against God often. I’ve become the puppet of my own flesh—truly, it’s tragic, it’s pathetic. I’m steeling my resolve to practice the truth, so I may truly be freed. As a believer in God, I should transcend the flesh and retrieve my true self. It’s God’s judgment that has saved me; I am determined to follow God.

3 God’s words show the way of life. Now I know how to behave as a human. Only by forsaking Satan and the flesh and practicing the truth will I have humanity. Expending myself for God and obeying Him, I can understand the truth and gain life. Only God’s heart loves human beings most. God is worthy of mankind’s praise. It’s God’s judgment that has saved me; I am determined to follow God.

4 I’ve clearly seen the battle in the spiritual world. Satan resists God in all ways. It’s so dangerous not to pursue the truth; I could easily be taken by Satan. Only Christ can save man—how could I not love Him? I wish to gain the truth and bear witness for God to requite His love. It’s God’s judgment that has saved me; I am determined to follow God.

5 All the methods of God’s work are meant to cleanse and perfect man. My future and fate are in God’s hands. I believe He is righteous. I’ve determined that Christ is the truth, and I’ll follow God to the very end. I pledge my life to bear witness for God. I absolutely will not betray Him. It’s God’s judgment that has saved me; I am determined to follow God.
