Wilma Rubino used to be an evangelist for a Christian denomination in Italy. For years, she thought she was serving the Lord through her preaching, but then she slowly realized that some of her denomination's doctrines just didn't align with the Bible. That realization shocked her and left her feeling more lost than ever before. After leaving her old denomination, she hoped to find a church that truly had the Holy Spirit's work and God's presence—a place that could actually provide for people's lives. Full of hope, she visited several different denominations across Italy, only to walk away disappointed each time. Dealing with all that loneliness, weakness, and confusion for so long, she thought about just giving up. But she never stopped praying to the Lord, begging Him to guide her path forward. Then, by pure chance, a movie deeply touched her heart. It finally led her to the church with God's presence that she'd been searching for all those years. But just when she thought she'd finally come home, she was disturbed and almost misled by various kinds of negative information.
