Sermon Series: Seeking True Faith | Why Does God Incarnate to Perform His Judgment Work of the Last Days?
September 9, 2022
All believers know that God will carry out His judgment among mankind in the last days, that the Creator will appear to humanity and personally express His utterances. So how does God carry out this judgment? Is it His Spirit that appears in the sky and speaks to us? The Lord Jesus Himself told us: "For the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment to the Son" (John 5:22). "And has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of man" (John 5:27). So this means God comes in the flesh as the Son of man in the last days to do the work of judgment. When God becomes flesh to do the judgment work, this is the Savior coming to save humanity. So, whether one can welcome the Savior has to do with whether they can be saved and enter the kingdom of heaven. Many believers in the Lord may ask: Why does God Himself have to do the work of judgment in the flesh? Why can't He do it in the Lord Jesus' spiritual body? There is mystery here. This episode of Seeking True Faith will guide you to seek the truth and find the answer.
