By eating and drinking Almighty God's words, brothers and sisters from The Church of Almighty God in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, came to understand many truths. They clearly saw that the various philosophies for worldly dealings they used to constantly observe are actually fallacies that run contrary to the truth of God's words. They are the means by which Satan misleads and corrupts people. Having clearly seen Satan's true colors—how it corrupts and harms mankind, they began to hate and rebel against Satan from their hearts, and to focus on practicing the truth and casting off their corrupt dispositions. In the process of experiencing God's judgment and chastisement, they came to understand many truths, gradually cast off the bondage of their satanic dispositions, and felt an unprecedented sense of release and freedom.
