2025 is the second year of the CCP's "Three-Year Tough Battle" against The Church of Almighty God. Henan is one of the provinces where the CCP's persecution of The Church of Almighty God is most harsh. In its campaign to completely eradicate the Church, the province has continuously launched "zeroing-out" elimination operations to arrest Christians. According to incomplete statistics, at least 1,928 Christians from The Church of Almighty God were arrested in Henan Province in 2025. In July alone, at least 319 were arrested and persecuted. After their arrest, most were detained in the local "Care Center" for forced brainwashing. Recently, we interviewed Li Li (pseudonym), one of the Christians who have been released. She has a severe heart condition. Police broke into her house and strip-searched her and frenziedly ransacked her house. This caused Li Li to suffer a heart attack on the spot and she was rushed to the intensive care unit, but the police began to interrogate her in the ward, pressing her to give up information about the church. Before she was discharged from the hospital, she was forcibly taken into custody and subjected to brainwashing, suffering immense physical and mental torment. Even her nonbelieving son was implicated in her case and arrested by the police. This episode of the program will report on Li Li's genuine experience of CCP persecution for her faith in God.
