In the last days, Almighty God has expressed all the truths for saving mankind, which were placed online for all to seek and investigate long ago. Many who yearn for God’s appearance have read Almighty God’s words and recognized them as the voice of God. They have all accepted Almighty God and returned before God’s throne. However, most pastors and elders in the religious world not only do not investigate, but also frantically condemn Almighty God as being an ordinary person and not God who has appeared to work, and they wantonly hinder believers from investigating the true way. This confuses many people who believe in the Lord. They think that as pastors and elders serve the Lord in churches and frequently explain and exalt the Bible, they ought to be people who understand the Bible and know God, and that if Almighty God is the Lord Jesus returned, the pastors and elders should be able to recognize Him—so how could they resist and condemn Him? They feel that if a way is condemned by the pastors and elders of the religious world, it cannot possibly be the true way. Does this view hold water? Is there any basis for this statement in God’s words? On what basis do they say that those who can explain the Bible are people who know God? Is this kind of statement not just human notions and imaginings? Is it not just heresy and fallacy? The chief priests, scribes, and Pharisees of Judaism could all explain the Bible, so why did they still judge and condemn the Lord Jesus, and nail Him to the cross? What is the problem here? When the Lord Jesus appeared and worked, He preached for at least three years, and everything He expressed was the truth. Yet, although Jews acknowledged that the Lord Jesus’ words had power and authority, they did not seek or investigate in the slightest, nor did they accept the truths expressed by the Lord Jesus. They even frantically condemned, persecuted, and arrested the Lord Jesus, insisting on nailing Him to the cross. The chief priests, scribes, and Pharisees of Judaism all frequently explained the Bible. In the eyes of others, they all understood the Bible and knew God. So why was it them, of all people, who nailed the Lord Jesus to the cross? Based on this fact, we can draw a conclusion: People who can explain the Bible don’t necessarily know God or submit to God, because they are exactly the sort of people who would nail God to the cross.

Today, these pastors and elders in the religious world can also explain the Bible, but do they really know God? Do they submit to God, or resist Him? How should we discern this? First, we must see that Almighty God has expressed so many truths, which anyone can read online. How exactly do the pastors and elders of the religious world treat the words of Almighty God? How many of them investigate the true way? How many of them still condemn and resist? How many of them act as bystanders, neither accepting nor resisting? God expressing the truth is so revealing of people; before the truth, everyone is sorted according to their kind. In fact, not many investigate the true way when faced with the truths expressed by Almighty God, and there are far too many who resist and condemn Almighty God. This is a fact we can all see. Not only do the pastors and elders not investigate or accept the true way themselves, but they also hinder believers from investigating and accepting it. They do not give believers freedom of belief, and they do their utmost to entrap and control them, forcibly prohibiting believers from reading Almighty God’s words, from hosting those who testify to Almighty God, and from investigating the true way. These leaders of the religious world act without any sense of reason. They do their utmost to condemn the appearance and work of Almighty God. Is this not resisting God? Have they not committed the sin of blaspheming against the Holy Spirit? Based on the very fact that the pastors and elders of the religious world hinder believers from investigating the true way and even misinterpret the Bible to mislead, entrap, and control believers, we can see that although they understand some words and doctrines of the Bible, they do not know God at all. This is because their actions and deeds have severely gone against the Bible, and gone against the truth even more. So, are they good servants or evil servants? No matter what anyone says, they absolutely do not know God—they resist God and would nail Him to the cross again. Therefore, religious pastors are all false shepherds and evil servants; they are absolutely not approved of by God. Of course, we have a biblical basis for saying this, and we have the words of the Lord Jesus as proof. The Lord Jesus said: “Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and in Your name have cast out devils, and in Your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity” (Matthew 7:22–23). “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for you neither go in yourselves, neither suffer you them that are entering to go in” (Matthew 23:13). “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, you make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves” (Matthew 23:15). From the words of the Lord Jesus, we can clearly see that although the pastors and elders of the religious world can preach and work, the Lord does not acknowledge them, and instead condemns them as evildoers. Why is this? It is because they have done too much evil. They have harmed and ruined believers, causing many to become children of hell after joining their congregation. How should this statement be explained? Why do they become children of hell after joining? It’s because despite believing in the Lord in religion, they were misled, constrained, and bound by the pastors and elders when the Lord returned. They just stick to believing in the Lord in religion but do not accept the Lord’s return or the work of judgment He does in the last days. They then become people who refuse and resist God, and they are eliminated by God. Does this not make them children of hell? These people have been harmed and ruined by the pastors and elders. This precisely fulfills the words of the Lord Jesus: “Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch” (Matthew 15:14). Therefore, if the pastors and elders of the religious world do not allow people to investigate the true way, and instead mislead and entrap people—even fabricating rumors about, smearing, and condemning The Church of Almighty God—then they are grievous sinners; they are God’s enemies, and their ultimate outcome will inevitably be destruction. Just as Almighty God says: “There are those who read the Bible in grand churches and recite it all day long, yet not one among them understands the purpose of God’s work. Not one among them is able to know God; still less can any one among them accord with God’s intentions. They are all worthless, vile people, each standing on high to lecture ‘God.’ They are people who carry God’s banner yet deliberately resist God, who carry the label of believing in God while eating the flesh and drinking the blood of man. All such people are evil devils that devour the soul of man, head demons that deliberately disturb people’s embarkation onto the right path, and stumbling blocks impeding people’s seeking of God” (The Word, Vol. 1. If people never learn to discern the pastors and elders of the religious world, always believe what they say, and are always constrained and bound by them, then they are the most foolish of virgins. Their chances of attaining salvation will be completely ruined by the pastors and elders, and they will fall into darkness, wailing and gnashing their teeth. Tell me, can the pastors and elders of the religious world welcome the Lord? Will the Lord give them a revelation first when He comes? Of course not. If you truly realize that the pastors and elders of the religious world are antichrists who resist God and devils who hinder people from investigating the true way, then could you still believe the devilish words, “If a way is condemned by the religious world, it is not the true way”? If you still firmly believe that the pastors and elders of the religious world can lead people into the kingdom of heaven, unconditionally listen to their words and submit to them, and ultimately reject the true way and reject the return of the Lord Jesus, are you not the biggest fool of all? This question is worth reflecting on!
