355  How Blessed It Is to Attend the Feast of the Heavenly Kingdom

I

God has become the Son of man and come to the world;

He is Almighty God, Christ of the last days.

He has expressed so many truths and brought light to mankind.

We hear the voice of God and return before Him.

Every day we eat, drink, and enjoy God’s word.

The living water of the throne waters and supplies us.

We attend the feast of the heavenly kingdom,

our hearts revel in sweetness beyond compare.

It’s beyond our wildest dreams that we may come face-to-face before God.

Hearing God’s voice and returning to Him is God’s grace and blessing.

In eating and drinking God’s word, we understand many truths,

and see clearly this world’s darkness and man’s deep corruption.

How fortunate we are to follow God, and this is the ultimate blessing.

We do our duties well to satisfy God and repay His love.

II

Through the judgment and chastisement of the words of God,

we have come to know God’s righteous disposition.

We’ve had true repentance, and our corruption is cleansed.

We fulfill our duties with loyalty and bear resounding testimony.

We’re truly blessed to be able to love God. We gain the truth and life.

We attain true submission to God, and receive His approval and blessings.

We fulfill our duties in a down-to-earth way,

and complete God’s commission to satisfy Him.

We gain God’s salvation in the last days;

how fortunate we are to receive His promise.

Oh, Almighty God, we thank and praise You;

Your word has cleansed and saved us.

Through Your word we have gained so, so much,

and we will love You and testify to You for all eternity.
