Preface

The Church of Almighty God’s continuous screening of films bearing witness to God’s work in the last days has given rise to a resounding response from God’s chosen people, and has rocked various religions and denominations. There are currently many people who are watching these films and seeking and investigating the work and words of Almighty God. Mankind has already started to awaken through God’s words—His words will guide all of mankind, and His words will accomplish all things, which is in the process of coming true. This is adequate proof that bearing witness to God and His work through the medium of film has successfully borne fruit. So that God’s chosen people may more quickly understand the truth and enter into reality, and may exalt God and bear witness to Him, and so that all those who long for God’s appearance may better investigate the true way, the editorial team from The Church of Almighty God has put together critical questions and answers from these films that are related to the truth and compiled a book entitled Classic Questions and Answers on the Gospel of the Kingdom. These quintessential answers excerpted in this book all come from the experience and understanding of the truth held by God’s chosen people. It can be said that they come from the enlightenment and illumination of the Holy Spirit, and are entirely in line with the truth. Not only can this book resolve the issues and notions that those who seek and investigate the true way may hold, but it is also a wonderful piece of reference material for God’s chosen people to equip themselves with the truth and bear witness to God’s work. Although these quintessential answers are of great help for people’s pursuit and understanding of the truth, this of course does not mean that our understanding of the truth is complete. After all, our experiences are still too superficial, and our understanding of the truth is limited. In front of the truth, all of us are eternally children, and the understanding that we share in fellowship can only be said to be in line with the truth. It absolutely cannot be called the truth, and it certainly cannot be equated with the words of God. It is our hope that all of God’s chosen people approach this book correctly.

Previous: Chapter 47

Next: Question 1: The last few years we’ve felt a growing desolation in our church. We’ve lost the faith and love we had at the start, and become weaker and more negative. Even we preachers sometimes feel darkened, and don’t know what to talk about. We feel like we’ve lost the work of the Holy Spirit. We’ve also looked everywhere for a church with the Holy Spirit’s work, but every church we see is as desolate as our own. Why are all denominations suffering famine?

Question 4: If we accept Almighty God’s work in the last days, how should we then seek to receive the way of everlasting life?

“The work of the last days is to separate all according to their kind, to conclude the management plan of God, for the time is near and the day of God has come. God brings all who have entered His kingdom, that is, all those who have been loyal to Him to the end, into the age of God Himself. However, before the coming of the age of God Himself, the work that God desires to do is not to observe the deeds of man or to inquire about the lives of man, but to judge his rebellion, for God shall purify all those who come before His throne."

Question 2: You say Paul’s words are not the truth. Then why are his words in the Bible? Paul’s words are written in the Bible. Therefore, they were inspired by God; they represent God’s words. We should pursue them!

Almighty God says, “… Paul’s letters in the New Testament to the churches were not the revelation of the Holy Spirit, nor words directly from the Holy Spirit; they were simply Paul’s exhortation, consolation, and encouragement to the churches during the time he worked, as well as a record of much work done by him. … Everything he said that edified others and had a positive effect was correct, but his words did not represent the words of the Holy Spirit, and did not represent God."

Question 3: No matter what, pastors and elders all preach based on the Bible. Isn’t explaining the Bible and making people hold on to the Bible exalting and bearing witness to the Lord? Is it wrong for pastors and elders to explain the Bible? How could you say they are hypocritical Pharisees?

Almighty God says, “Look at the leaders of every denomination and sect. They are all arrogant and self-right, and they interpret the Bible out of context and according to their own imagination. They all rely on gifts and erudition to do their work. If they were incapable of preaching anything, would those people follow them? They do, after all, possess some learning, and can speak a little of doctrine, or know how to win over others and how to use some artifices, through which they have brought people before themselves and have deceived them. ”
